What happened to wearing your uniform and company standards Wendy'sI wait about 10 minutes for my what I thought would be fresh chicken only to be served rubbery what I think was microwaved previously deep fried spicy chicken. The inside was cold. The outside was I think hot. At one point I could still peel the cheese off of the chicken so wasn't hot enough at any point to melt that. At least the fries are generally pretty good at Wendy's. Nope There was about three random chicken nuggets thrown about inside the fry hopper that was so soaked and salt that I could see it. Probably for at least a measurable foot above, meaning it had not been cleaned properly and quite some timeUpon complaining, I was met with little to no remorse or surprise, so this must be a common occurrence avoid this location. I'm literally shocked it can stay in business

Since undergoing renovations, the atmosphere and service seems to have gone completely out the window. It used to be welcoming and warm, and now it's cold, hard, and the interior looks like it lost it's childhood spirit and has to go to work for 50 hours a week at a job it doesn't like - the 'modern' feel is super unwelcoming. Also, the new touch screen pop machine has been broken or not functioning properly for months. Service is slow and they often mess up orders. Food is fine but takes forever due to poor staffing.

Omg if I could give you one star I would .we visited yesterday the lady behind the counter was so rude We were not allowed napkins . Customers were told no to napkins are you kidding me? Your dispensary is empty and you have to ask and you are then given one napkin very rudely .Your staff need to properly trained the lady behind the counter can not speak one word of English only word she knows is NO Your dining room is unkept and dirty. We won’t be back. Keep your napkins. And I could have used a fork for my chili chese nachos

This location has been renovated. Modern look. Personnaly don’t like it, missing a little bit of color or something is off. No music playing, the place was completely empty. Place is not busy at all. Food was as usual very good and price decent. Overall experience 6/10Parking: You will never have difficulty to park here. Lots of parking spots.

Not sure why but I ordered a # 6 and upgraded to a poutine and just for the one meal deal was charged $18.05! They charged $5.49 for the upgraded poutine. Food was good but I won’t be going back for that price.
