Every time we order from this location They get our order wrong. The last two times we have ordered a large poutine with out order and ended up getting plain fries in a poutine container!!!! We will no longer be wasting any more of our hard earned money on this location just to be ripped off!!!!! If the staff working here cannot understand english well enough to know what a poutine means on the screen.Perhaps they should not be working somewhere where they need to know english. What a joke!!!!

Very bad morning drive thru experience.in the last couple weeks. Least friendly people working here. Very inpatient. Very in-polite No basic respect or manners or greeting. As soon as the window closes employees are talking to each other in neither of our countries official languages. Food didn’t seem fresh either. No care here this morning.

The only fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Try to charge for ketchup in Mayo 11 cents per pack. I have asked other Wendy's, and this is the only Wendy's.That does support this cheap company owntrying to nickel and dime the customer
