They overcharged me and skipped giving me a receipt. That went well. Apparently the sandwiches come plain and burnt. If you want to waste your money and get terrible food then go here.

Waited at till for way too long. No one in line up but staff didn't even acknowledge or make an effort to take my order. Left after waiting too long. Used to be a good place to go for a burger but the customer service has severely dropped off. Will avoid this place going forward ! Don't recommend.

I was in the drive thru and ordered my food. The women in the drive thru today August 29th between 2:05pm - 2:10pm should be removed from customer facing duties. She is horrible, sucks the life right out of you her misery is awful you can feel it. She doesn't do the minimum of customer service. - no smile - no warm greeting - no thanks for coming - no have a nice day If I wanted to go to a place that had horrible energy and made me miserable, I now know Wendy's is the place. Figure out but Jesus I've never experienced anything as horrible as this.

Can't really complain about fast food restaurants. This location has friendly.dly staff and food was mediocre. At least the onion rings were good, nice, and hot. I would recommend the onion rings.

These people need a fire put under them, they are so slow glaciers move faster. Plus uncommunicative where multiple people make eye contact before taking your order. Food was good though
First of all, it's fast food, so that's gonna skew things. But it's good way better than one one north of here on 32nd. Staff is a nice, bit of a language barrier, but that's modern canada.
One of my regular lunch spots, the free style machine, isn't super cool. One of only a few places that have mellow yellow, so that's a plus.

Came here to try the breakfast menu, it wasn't that bad. However the coffee was bad. The bitterness of the coffee is longer though not as long as mother Parker's coffee. Since I prefer much lower acidic coffee so this one doesn't suit my taste. It's not as earthy smell as Tim Hortons coffee which I'm not a total fans of. The background music is not as blaring deafening like most of the fast food restaurants so it's nice to have a brunch with friends and chat. It's not busy either.
