My husband and I came here to the drive thru for a quick dinner after a very long day. We had a coupon for a 2 Dave's single meal so we thought we'd use it and head home. We also got two cheesy cheddar burgers on the side to tie us over until we got home and got settled. We immediately turned back around because the cheesy cheddar burger had no cheesy sauce on it and was dry the cheese slice wasn't even melted. We drove up to the window and asked for her to make them again. She argued at first hand. Then while we waited I checked the Dave's singles burger patties and they were cold. When she came back I said that they were not fresh and that they were cold. The lady at the drive through was very rude and said the tomato and onion made the burger cold. I said in less than two minutes after we left the drive thru? She said okay fine ill make you fresh ones. Im already frustrated at this point. And what does this lady have the nerve to day to me after we handed back the food? You better hurry and eat those cheesy burgers while you wait before they gwt cold again and closed the window. The cheesy burgers weren't just cold. They were dry and had ZERO sauce. Then when she came back I told her this isn't how you speak to paying customers. Then proceeded to say that I was rude first. Argumentative and then blames the customer for HER bad attitude and lack of customer service skills. To ONLY the lady at the drive through window at 659pm and took the 2 Dave's small single combo order came to 26 and change I'd rate this interaction less than 1 star. Negative 5 stars. 1 for the rude attitude and behavior for YOUR mistake, 2 for the rude comment for YOUR mistake 3. The lack of respect 4. The fact that you wouldn't give me your name so can be held responsible for your lack of respect and and 5. The fact that my service and my money was completely disregarded and wasn't valued at all.
And to top it off the trays are so flimsy that 2 medium drinks caused the tray to buckle right inside our doorway as my husband went to set it down and an ENTIRE medium pop emptied on our front entrance rug.

The served me a baked potato that was so dry the skin on the bottom fell apart into chips.

They overcharged me and skipped giving me a receipt. That went well. Apparently the sandwiches come plain and burnt. If you want to waste your money and get terrible food then go here.

Waited at till for way too long. No one in line up but staff didn't even acknowledge or make an effort to take my order. Left after waiting too long. Used to be a good place to go for a burger but the customer service has severely dropped off. Will avoid this place going forward ! Don't recommend.
