One of my regular lunch spots, the free style machine, isn't super cool. One of only a few places that have mellow yellow, so that's a plus.

Came here to try the breakfast menu, it wasn't that bad. However the coffee was bad. The bitterness of the coffee is longer though not as long as mother Parker's coffee. Since I prefer much lower acidic coffee so this one doesn't suit my taste. It's not as earthy smell as Tim Hortons coffee which I'm not a total fans of. The background music is not as blaring deafening like most of the fast food restaurants so it's nice to have a brunch with friends and chat. It's not busy either.

This is the worst Wendy’s drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. ZERO stars. If you want the experience of a franchise showing they couldn’t care less and have no customer service skills, don’t hesitate to visit this place. They really set the tone of “grab your money and get out of here”. The highlight was when that old lady abruptly handed my order without a word and slammed the window shut. What a delight. Of course my order was incorrect, so it was a great way to top off the experience. Kudos to management for their stellar leadership.

How hard is it to put the right sandwich in a bag? My sandwich has been wrong three separate times. Just go a little further to the 32nd Ave location
Service in this location has been on a downward trend in my experience. The food is solid and one of my preferred for fast food in the area but every time I order in store rather than in the app I feel like I am inconveniencing the staff. Just tried to use an in app coupon and it didn't work on the first try and I was told to just pay rather than anyone attempting to correct the issue. Especially disappointing as the lady who helped me, Kirandeep (sp?), had a nametag that said manager on it.
I guess the long and short is, if you can, order from the app and don't order a wrap, they have been struggling to wrap them properly lately as well.

Provided the meal I needed at the right time. The cashier was polite and helpful and when I suggest to it he would recommend he provided a great choice. Zolin is the man! I haven't had a cashier at Wendy's anywhere in the city like him! This location should be proud to have him working for them.
