Soft opening of a Triple O in the southeast today. It’s on 52 ave at the Chevron gas bar. It’s nice to have a BC favourite locally after the closer of the White Spot on McCloud a few years ago.
If you've been to BC you have probably seen these places everywhere, sadly there are only a few in AB. The burgers at this place are so good. In general, I've always had pretty good experiences eating at White Spots, this being no exception. They aren't doing anything too crazy, not reinventing any wheels although I feel the franchise doesn't have much of running design theme, so you don't ever walk in to one and know for sure it's a White Spot......
Always solid food every time I go. I usually get the salmon burger and my kids love grabbing the pirate packs. We love their shakes, too. What's also good are the blueberry pies. But where it falls a bit flat is the service. It's good enough but nothing special about it.
