Service was very slow. There was no server for over 10 minutes after we sat down and there was only one other table of people. Then when she did show up, she told us the section we sat in was closed, and made us move to literally the table beside it? I ordered butter chicken. The rice was cold in the center and the butter chicken was blazing hot like the whole dish had been microwaved? My gf said her food was good.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET THE BURGER!!!! I ordered the fried wontons to start which were good, but when my burger came out I was faced with an anaemic looking flat top fried grey burger patty on what looked like a wonder bread burger bun! I told my server Averey I believe her name was about my concerns. She agreed and offered to get my something else free of charge (which was amazing, cheers to her) I know how these poorly ran pubs work and know that if she comped my meal or got me something different she’d likely be paying out of pocket for it so I declined her offer out of respect to her. But to the management of that pub come on! What’s a pathetic excuse for a burger in the heart of Alberta beef country! What a horrible place to eat dinner and avoid it at all costs unless you’ve had more than a few drinks than maybe their food would be tolerable!!!! Atmosphere is a nice western standard Alberta themed pub. The service was absolutely amazing, thank you Averey for being so attentive to your guests! Wouldn’t come back here! And if you do go DO NOT ORDER THE BURGER!!!!

I’ve been here twice, second time was today and I should’ve trusted the first impression and not give it a second chance. Service is meh. But food is definitely the worst part about this place. Our table had “dry ribs” which tasted and felt like wings. The nachos with beef were like “dried up glue” the beef was dry and tasted bad and even though I asked for extra cheese it was still hard and over cooked. We also had a chicken burger and it was very disappointing as well, bread taste like dollar store bread and over all just not something I’d recommend. If you go to the casino I suggest you don’t stop here for food cause it’s really bad.

There was about 3 other tables in the pub. Our server took her time to get to our table. It took about 10 minutes to get service, and another 10 to get our drinks. She forgot pur water. We ordered and waited. 2/3 dinners came out first, the last took 5 more minutes. They forgot my mushrooms, but I did eventually get them. The experience took longer than necessary. The drinks were very good though, my Cesar was perfect. The food was really good too, the potatoes were the best I've ever had! I would try this place again, hopefully the service is better!

Went for inner there tonight around 6:30. It was not busy.sat for about 20 min. Before server acknowledged us. Husband ordered a burger and soup. Soup was cold, burger was soaking wet assuming it was from soup spilling. I ordered a 1/2 salad and grilled salmon. Salmon was overcooked. The salad was the tinest salad I have ever seen for $9. Salmon was $10.00, the size of salmon was ok, just overcooked. Finally, after calling waitress over as she did not check to see how our food was, we returned the burger at was super soggy from the soup. This was second time food was not good, and service even worse.

I was working a Casino for a charity today and came in for a bite to eat on my shift. I really enjoyed my dinner a lot as the food was very tasty, however, the service from Jordan was exceptional. Then as I watched Jordan run around serving all of her other customers, I realized that the great service that I was extended was been given to all of the other patrons she was serving. Jordan seemed set on treating all of the customers she was serving with the same kindness and great service as everyone else. It was really nice and made my meal very pleasant and I want to make sure that her employer knows how great she treated me and all of her other customers.The Wild Horse Pub should feel so fortunate to have great staff like Jordan working with them.
