They really need to step up their food quality. Out of the seven times I’ve been there, only once was the food even somewhat decent. On wing night, the wings were overcooked, greasy, and unpleasant, so I switched to a burger—which they somehow managed to ruin as well. It was soggy and completely flavorless. The Caesar salad wasn’t any better, drowned in an excessive amount of dressing. This is basic pub food; it shouldn’t be this difficult to make it at least decent.

That was the worst. The service and the meal. I don’t want to rag on the waitress..but man alive..maybe hire some more staff. After ordering drinks it took a day to get a menu, my water which was given to an another table and it took another two days to get our meal. The table beside us got their menus before us and ordered before us and they arrived 20min after us. Then the manager (maybe owner) asked that table how they were doing and the husband replied “hungry” as they were waiting for their meal forever as well. We got the special (fish n chips) which was over cooked, gravy was watery (maybe that’s where my first water went to) and coleslaw was bland. Fries were good. Couldn’t even finish. Subway across the parking lot could have served a better fish n chips meal. Oh and it seemed like we got used lemons which so sus.
It was super disappointing especially since I talked my husband into not going to our neighborhood pub to go here.
To be fair, the manager/owner lady came to offer a somewhat apology by saying all orders came in at once..huh, what? No.
A real apology comes with a complimentary drink or a bit of a discount. Maybe I wouldn’t have left this review.

We had ordered the advertised 7oz steak sandwich. As the drive was 24 minutes from our house. The steak is ordered as medium well was medium rare. The garlic toast was barely toasted with NO garlic. Not really impressed. They advertised 7oz... but ended more with 5oz. I was starving so I ate it. Soggy bread and all.

The whole meal was very mid. Poutine was small, the fries were cold, the curds were cold and the gravy tasted like packet gravy, not even close to being worth 16 dollars. My friend had the wings and they were fine but nothing to write home about. The pina colada was bland and didn’t taste like a pina colada. Service was very slow and the waitress was very blunt. Didn’t even get a water refill in the 2 hours we were there.
