first of all, the service wasn’t the best, when we got inside the building nobody was there to direct us so we ended up seating ourselves which is no big deal but we had to wait quite a lot before being greeted and it wasn’t even busy. food was just ok, the beef sandwich was very underwhelming, the Caesar salad wasn’t even fresh, it was soggy. first and last experience at this place, better to just go to the nearest fast food, it will be cheaper and faster.

We went mid afternoon to celebrate St. Patrick's day with a couple of pints and food. Everything was good, as expected, until we were informed that our pizza hit the floor and would be a bit to be remade. Surely, nothing that a couple of pints on the house wouldn't have taken care of. We asked but never really got a solid answer. A manager, I'm guessing, came to the table to apologize but offered nothing. It's too bad that on a special day for a pub that the customer service could have been better. Considering they wanted $32 for the pizza, you would think the offer of a couple of drinks would be the least they would offer. Overall, the place was nice, beer was cold, and the pizza was tasty. It's just too bad that the service came up a little disappointing.

We were lucky enough to stumble on the Windsor Rose 10 years ago. We have been through many menu changes (feel free to bring back the English poutine and bao buns) and as many General Managers. We have been truly delighted by Camilla. Her smile, attentiveness, and customer service keeps us coming back week after week.
Great pub with great food, service… not so much. Our server Camilla, was not approachable or helpful. She was rude the second we sat down and made the experience unpleasant.

Ordered the mini yorkies (very little meat), mini chicken sliders-best part were the homemade potatoe chips, fish & chips-soggy batter, very little fish and some curry mango salmon dish-flavors were weird, why rice and couscous ? Anyway the dish was awful. Server was ok; definitely would not go back to eat there. High price for crappy food
