Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed yet! I’ve been a loyal and loving customer since they have opened and don’t have a single bad experience to report. The service and food is phenomenal. The best bowl place and avocado toast place in Calgary in my opinion. If in a rush or visiting during lunch, I recommend using an online ordering app called Ritual and are lightening fast. I ordered while walking there on my phone and walked past a huge line and my food was ready for pick up. Our company has even done large delivered catering orders from here and the quality and service is not sacrificed.

This was first time ordering food from this restaurant. Absolutely amazing. Not only was the food great but the ease of ordering, and we had quite a few dietary restrictions in our order, was phenomenal. It was delivered on time. I am definitely going to use Wise and Wright for all my catering needs. I highly recommend them!!

Ordered the “tall dark and handsome” smoothie with the espresso shot add on. Woof. Served body temperature, not even a chill to it. Recipe needs some ice. Aside from that, the smoothie itself was gritty, and overall an unpleasant texture. For $13 I could have made a better smoothie at home.

The food was alright, but unfortunately my fiancée was glutened. I explained that she was celiac, and they knew enough to say not to use the toaster, so they recommended using the oven to toast the gf bread to avoid cross contact. Doesn’t seem like that was a good idea..
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for anyone with Celiac disease.

Delicious vegan avocado toast breakfast. I added the veggie protein on top which made for a good addition. It was hard to eat without dropping parts of it as it was so stacked. Would eat here again to try some more plant based vegan meals.
Staff were really nice and the restaurant itself appears clean and fancy. Located in the mall right at one of the outdoor entrances. Lots of seating and window light.
I ordered the coconut chicken bowl. The rice with the curry was surprisingly good, the chicken was cut a little bit weirdly but it is also what i expected. Overall a decent choice for the price (and for being located in downtown) and the speed of service as well, I think I got my bowl in just a few minutes. Their smoothie looked quite good so I will definitely be back to try those.

Solid food for a reasonable price. A lot of restaurants of similar genre are generally overpriced but I found this place very reasonable. Took a while for a staff to come to the counter to take my order. Overall enjoyable and would come back again.

The service here is exceptional and the owners are great! Hands down the best Avacoda toast I’ve purchased. Their bowls are great options too
I used to really like this place as the food is really good, but the last 2 times that I've ordered take out from them they have taken a ridiculously long time. I've watched the driver on maps sit and wait at the restaurant for almost an hour both times. It is absolutely insane how slow they are. I ordered over an hour ahead of my lunch break at work and the estimated times are always 25-45 minutes and delivery time always states 15-20 minutes before my break starts and I just watch it get later and later. This has also happened when I paid for "priority delivery." Sadly will not be ordering from them again.
