The drinks and donuts are delicious! The Earl Grey Creme donut is my fave - not too sweet and so much filling inside!

I've been going to this bakery for years but one instance has left a really bad taste. I bought a few pastries and the server stuffed them in a box ruining one of them. When I asked her to fix it, she did the same thing again. Told me I should adjust the items myself. Please train your staff better, you are in the business of selling cakes, meant to celebrate special occasions and a little consideration into packing won't hurt you. Losing one customer isn't a big deal, but if your staff continues this, it might just be more.

This place is so cute and one of my favorite Cafe's/Bakeries, their cakes are great! The staff here are extremely kind and even give you free candles and some cute little gifts! Would recommend!!

It's a cute cafe and bakery, though the flavours most of them were tasty I was expecting the Red Velvet to be the same but it turned out to be quite dry. The Strawberry shortcake is the best pastry and is really fluffy and yummy.

Asked for a matcha latte hot, the lady who was washing utensils used the same dirty washcloth to wipe off the steaming pipe!! Wearing the dripping rubber gloves. After that they started rushing us to leave and started moping around us with a strong disinfectant at 6 pm. The place has closing time of 7. They kept coming at us saying we’re closing, even after we said we will leave in a bit she didn’t stop hovering.

All over a very bad experience. Wish I had recorded how unhygienic that lady was.

Stopped in before heading to Cheongdam BBQ, and met this lovely lady who offered to hold any purchases we might make until we return from dinner. She was SO sweet and delightful! We ended up having a slice of several cakes and a handful of pastries, and ALL were hits. The shortcake is my personal favorite.
The chocolate croissant I brought back to my in-law and she DEVOURED it. I think I'm going to have to swing by every time I'm nearby!
My partner was a sucker for the garlic bread and tiramisu cake!
Note: I find these sweets aren't as straight up sugary and are perfect with tea. :)

I honestly think this local bakery is better than Paris Baguette Korean chain. Wow’s soboro topping is way more dense and more abundant than that of Paris Baguette’s and not only better made but tastes better. Paris baguette has more unhealthy types of pastries and is just a hype honestly.
