WOW Bakery & Cafe (Marda Loop)

Have been a long time enjoyer of Wow Bakery goodies despit them being a bit pricey.

In my opinion I do feel like they open pretty late for a cafe, and upon arriving 15-20 minutes after opening, there was very little selection left and it was not even a weekend! Maybe business was just really good that day, but it was a bit disappointing to see. The pastries that I did grab, were good as usual!

Best dessert place in the world! I love all of pastries and I always get one of the cakes for parties. Definitely go there!

Cozy and bright spot in the heart of Marda Loop to enjoy tasty desserts and drinks. I tried the Belgian Chocolate Cake, it was rich in chocolate flavour; however, the texture was a bit dense. The Strawberry Matcha was good! There are many options to choose from, and the staff were kind.

We tried Wow Donuts at Wow Bakery and they were absolutely delicious! Each donut was light, sweet, and perfectly balanced with unique flavours that really stood out. I personally tried a bunch of the cream-filled ones like Earl Grey Cream, Vanilla, Oreo, and Blueberry Cream Cheese, and honestly, every bite was worth it.

The texture was soft and airy, and the fillings weren’t too heavy or overly sweet. It’s hard to pick a favourite because they were all so good. If you’re a donut lover or looking for something a bit more special than your average bakery, this place is a must-try!

Kids and I visit this bakery regularly and have never been disappointed with their delicious pastries, their assortment of light and not-so-sweet cakes, and amazing coffee. We are greeted immediately when arriving and have always found the staff to be friendly and smilling. One of my favorite bakeries in Calgary!

The baked goods are to die for. Everything is delicious and made fresh. I love the matcha crossaints and the red bean bun is my favorite ❤️

Bought a cake for my wife's birthday from WOW Bakery. First, service was amazing, they included candles and a card. Second, the Strawberry cake was delicious. Would recommend 5/5

Love their cakes, light and not too sweet

Beautiful cakes and cookies that ooze perfection. A few little tables with pleasant music to just wind down. Enjoyed a lovely specialty coffee and will be back for lunch!

One of my favorite bakeries in Calgary. Matcha croissants, strawberry danish are both very good. My favorite is the blueberry mochi cream cheese bun. The mochi makes it so chewy and the cream cheese and blueberry gush when you bite in.

Creamy and tasty donuts. Would try next time when they are freshly baked.
