One of my favorite bakeries in Calgary. Matcha croissants, strawberry danish are both very good. My favorite is the blueberry mochi cream cheese bun. The mochi makes it so chewy and the cream cheese and blueberry gush when you bite in.
Creamy and tasty donuts. Would try next time when they are freshly baked.

Wow Bakery is a “must visit” location! The ambiance is one of calm and reflection. The goodies are fresh, unique and scrumptious. The salted caramel macaron is the best ever, as is the Lotus Donut. A wide variety of coffees are offered and the seating area compliments the superb baking items. Plenty of windows allow for 34 Avenue hustle and bustle watching. The service is always efficient yet friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Little nice bakery at the corner. Tried Matcha croissants. I had never seen this type of crossing before and it was good. I tried Mocha and I must say the flavour and taste were rich.

The employee at the front was kind.I got the strawberry milk and mango macron very yummy but the cream filling inside is heavy. The blueberry mochi bun is sooo addicting and good! I recommend it! Parking not very good.

Nice little bakery. Cashier wasn't overly friendly but she wasn't rude. Got their Earl Grey cake and an Earl Grey doughnut. Not very sweet, which I like, but the doughnut was more a rumour of the flavour. The cake was better. $12 for the two, including a tip, so I'm not sure I'll be back for that price.
Received a free KF94 mask with purchase.... Nice touch.
Wonderful people who work there. Excellent food and sandwiches. Would highly recommend going there. Super nice atmosphere too. Some people don’t understand that it’s a bakery so they need to bake the items and can’t magically make them appear for you if they’re sold out. Once again love this Wow bakery location 11/10
Devastated. Checked Google for close time (5:45 pm) and left house at 5 pm. Called from car to ask about close time, man on phone curtly responded "In 10 min". Race over as there is a birthday celebration on the line. Arrive with 6 minutes to spare and a display full of beautiful cakes - full and half sizes. I say hello and the man behind counter tells me "All these cakes are spoken for." I'm confused and ask, "I'm sorry?" And he responds, "These are all display cakes. Nothing is for sale." Picture of all display cakes attached. It's a really terrible way to treat clients- incorrect information online, rude interactions on both phone and in person, especially to be told that 20+ pieces of cake are not for sale 30 minutes before closing.I hate writing unfavorable reviews in these times (this is the lowest review I've ever posted) but this is not the first curt interaction I've had with WOW Marda Loop. I understand that these 20+ cakes might be reserved, or Doordash cakes- it's the pattern of interactions that I take issue with. With wonderful bakeries popping up everywhere that work hard for your patronage, this third terrible interaction with WOW will be our family's final one.
