Great cakes, service appalling. Drove directly there in a snow storm and arrived at 5:50 to find the door locked. That is pathetic customer service. If you say your hours are to 6, they are to *6*.

I didn’t think the pastries were good value for money. The garlic bread tasted way too sweet and extremely garlicky at the same time. The other pastries didn’t taste good at all. I was so disappointed.

I was looking for good coffee ☕️ and found that tiny charmed space. Take few deserts some coffee was pretty good. Definitely will come again if will be near by.

The bread is delicious, and it’s clean.
I saw a tip when paying, but I just wish it would be removed.
I stand there, pick it out, bring it to you, and take a card.
When I saw the tip, I felt really bad.

I don’t remember trying something I didn’t like it. Croissant perfection!!!

MacLeod location is closing for renovations July 22. I can't wait to go back after they reopen!

Kid-friendliness: Would not hesitate to bring kids. Great selection and very clean ingredients in the food. Five stars.

Generally, they have good hot beverages and foods but sometimes they do weird things like closing the hot beverage section an hour before their actual closing, or running out of milk!!

A charming bakery offering an array of unique baked goods. The absence of a characteristic bakery scent was a letdown and left me questioning the origin of their products. I recently went to the location at crossiron mills and felt the same way with both locations. This location was so much nicer inside, I loved the layout and how it was displayed. The biggest downfall is the location actually, hard to find parking

This time I was eager to taste their donuts and a few other items. Over all, I still feel this bakery isn't for me. I dislike the fact nothing is baked in-house, I absolutely hate everything being in plastic wrap and I feel that I personally just like more Italian desserts/ pastries over the Japanese flare that these have.

If you're looking for amazing donuts, go try HEY SUGAR, you won't be disappointed

It was my boyfriend's birthday, so I was looking for a cake shop and found this bakery!
The owner was very kind and nice. They also gave me cream soboro bread for my birthday, and it was so delicious?? The cream was really soft and delicious.. It goes well with coffee, so I keep thinking about it??
I bought a strawberry whipped cream cake, and it had a lot of strawberries inside and was very delicious???? As expected, the whipped cream is soft and holds it well without making it greasy!! It's my birthday in September and I'm planning to buy it here again

What an amazing deal I scored today! This amazing Chocolate gateau was 20% off today due to some microscopic, unnoticeable imperfections. With my own decorations and their generous gift of candles, Bday sign and a card it was a huge hit with the birthday boy.
The place itself, their service and goods deserve 5 stars .

I was there for too good to go. They gave me four bags of bread without any bag. When I asked for a bag, the owner asked for .15 cents. I have been to other locations of Wow Bakery and bag was always provided so I don’t know why this location asked to pay for bag. By the way, if I remember it right, too good to go mentions there is a bag provided.

The most important is the bread was not cooked, still raw dough. Don’t know why people gave them good reviews. Highly doubt if those are true comments.

I am only putting 4stars as I did not had any food but drinks. I love the atmosphere, the owner was smiling and nice. The price is perfect and the packaging is lovely. I recommend it !
