Our service was provided by Sienna, a lovely, friendly young woman. I had some questions concerning a gift card and she went out of her way to get me a satisfactory answer! The meat portions are huge! And the spicy sauce really is spicy! We'll be back for sure.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a level entrance (I don't think the doorway width will accommodate a bariatric chair) with lots of space inside to manoeuvre. The tables and chairs can be moved. I didn't use the washroom, so I can't comment on that.

This location lacks the atmosphere and dining experience of the Kensington location, but the food quality, and the service are top notch. Add to it you can go next door and get some amazing baked goods, and it’s a regular stop for us!

My go to cafe in town, I just wish they had more bread when I get there! Coffee, pastries and items are amazing!

As for the chicken I love the spicy flavor and fries! Would go back everytime.

Came here with my family last Saturday for dinner. I got the chi-bop which is soy garlic chicken with rice and fries. The rest of my family got katsu (shallot, cheese, and curry). The food was delicious! The chicken was so crispy! I love their fries as well. Everyone else loved their katsu. The servings are pretty big. We all felt quite full after our meal.

The service was great! The front staff was friendly and helpful. They’re pretty fast as well; we came about 45 minutes before their dine-in was closing and we finished eating right on time. The environment is clean and well-maintained.

This is one of my favorite chicken/katsu places in Calgary. Would definitely come back here!

The chicken tasted very old. It is unfortunate that the south location varies from the nw one!

one of my go to places in the NW. Food taste great, portion is also well worth their prices. If you’re craving for katsu, you should go try it here. There’s also plenty of free parking in the area which is bonus.

Fried chicken pieces are too dry. Fried chicken in chicken burger is too dry. I'm seriously confused why people are giving this place a high rating.

Chicken made with old oil and starch syrup sauce. If you raise the price, raise the quality as well.

Its too oily and salty and sweet. I will never go back. There is too much oil, so it oozes out, and the seasoning is salty and sweet. I didn't go before because the fried food was so bland and tasteless, but I went for the first time in a while and it was still not that good. However, the price is not cheap and the cashier is not friendly... I understand why there are not many people.
