Bought 5 thigh which was listed at $19 on the menu and before tip somehow came out to $23.45? I think they added a silent tip and I didn't think about it until I left and I didn't. Double check your prices before you pay! Overpriced for what it is, other places are charging $4/piece of chicken.

It was my first time visiting this place, and I believe it will also be my last. I ordered three dishes, and in each one, the chicken was not fresh. When I pulled the meat apart, there was a strong, obvious smell of spoilage. I only took one bite and asked the restaurant to refund one dish. However, the staff insisted that the chicken was fresh and refused to refund me. They even threw away the spoiled chicken directly. After returning home, both my husband and I had diarrhea. I’m extremely disappointed with this place.

I wish I could give them negative star it is the worst chicken I have ever tried in my whole life. I’m literally having headache after having their oily chicken.
It’s super oily and on the chicken tenders you can just see it’s all crispy coating and there is no chicken inside
The guy who is working at the front I have to repeat my order like 4 to 5 times so he can understand what I want. Worst location

The chicken was dry, tasteless, and what little actual chicken there was, was barely noticeable under all the breading. The person taking our order didn’t seem to understand us very well and looked confused whenever we asked something about the food. On top of that, the place looked very messy and disorganized.

This location used to be great, but I was really disappointed this time. It seems like they pre-fry their chicken and leave it sitting in a bowl until someone orders, then just re-fry it. The chicken was incredibly greasy with a weird, chewy microwaved texture—definitely not fresh or crispy. On top of that, the floor was dirty and sticky. The employees just point to signs if you have any questions. For the price, I expect way better. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I haven’t been going to this store for a while and today wanted to give myself a treat. When I walked in the store, the floor in the eating areas was covered with dirts and grease. I understand that it’s a family run franchise business and the owner is very busy being the cook and the cashier, I hope the place will be kept cleaned otherwise I guess it will be a pity to turn customers away.
The fried chicken is ok, not as juicy as it used to be. I ordered half shallot chicken and there’s no wing, there were couple pieces of white meat and drumsticks.
I sincerely hope the owner will make some improvements.

This place needs to be shut down. The food quality is absolutely awful and careless. It seems like nothing is made fresh – just reheated. This is my personal opinion, not a fact, but honestly, save yourself from potential food poisoning and just go to McDonald’s instead. I will be contacting the public health department.
