I haven’t been going to this store for a while and today wanted to give myself a treat. When I walked in the store, the floor in the eating areas was covered with dirts and grease. I understand that it’s a family run franchise business and the owner is very busy being the cook and the cashier, I hope the place will be kept cleaned otherwise I guess it will be a pity to turn customers away.
The fried chicken is ok, not as juicy as it used to be. I ordered half shallot...

Good, crispy chicken and the bulgogi fries have a great flavour! It was very cold in there (felt like A/C was blasting down) and the sink in the ladies washroom didn't work. It looks like the original design has been changed a lot too, not for the better.

The chicken is good and the sauce is sweet and spicy! The portion sizes are good too. My wife thought the meat was a little bland but I liked it.My only complaint is the floor was kind of sticky, which I know is a weird thing to complain about but it bugged me. The restaurant seemed clean though.
