Love this place! Forgot about it for about 10 years but won’t make that mistake again. Amazing friendly service, delicious authentic food (including some things I haven’t seen in other restaurants). Seems perfectly authentic.

We decided to order sushi here for delivery based on the great reviews but were unfortunately disappointed. The sushi didn’t taste fresh—the avocado was brown on top, the fish eggs were soggy, and the overall flavor suggested it had been sitting out for a while. I wanted to give a lower rating, but I understand that things can get missed sometimes. Still, I was disappointed and hope this was just an off night.

The staff are really nice and the food is delicious!

First time ordering Uber Eats from Y93, certainly won’t be my last. Ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Takoyaki and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, everything was very delicious!
The smell of the Ramen was like a big warm hug, the taste was equally satisfying. Silky deep umomi flavour!
There isn’t good reason why this place has such good reviews, it’s authentic and worth trying out!
The restaurant is quite small which makes it very intimate should you eat in. The smell that envelopes you as you enter is unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a new Japanese Food experience, this is your next stop!

Food is delicious no matter what you order, I always have a hard time deciding. I also never leave without taking their bubble tea to go. It's the best! Wish there was a location in the north of Calgary though, it would be super popular if there was!

We enjoyed our meal at this ramen restaurant. Our dining experience began with exceptional tea service, the Japanese Oolong and Sakura Sencha were both excellent, served in glass cups and steepers that added to the overall enjoyment.

My Sichuan Beef Ramen was a pleasant dish. The sauce was flavorful, and the meat was generously portioned. However, I found the egg slightly disappointing, it was too runny for my preference, and I was surprised to be charged extra for it, which is unusual for ramen establishments.

The Shoyu Ramen was less impressive. While not terrible, the broth suffered from being overly salty and lacking depth of flavor. The accompanying Gyoza was a bright spot, pairing nicely with the ramen and providing a nice side dish.

Dessert presented its own challenge. The Tiramisu Matcha, while technically well-prepared, was incredibly rich. The combination of matcha and cream created such an intense flavor profile that we struggled to finish the dish, despite its initial appeal.

The service truly elevated our dining experience. The servers were exceptional, proactively refilling our tea as soon as it began to run low and demonstrating an attentive, helpful approach throughout our meal.

Overall, it was a decent dining experience with exceptional service.

I had an exceptional experience the drinks were expertly crafted, offering a delightful blend of flavors that perfectly complemented the meal. The customer service was outstanding, with staff attentive and genuinely friendly. Loved the beef flank curry! Kids got the flavorful shoyu tonkotsu and shoyu chicken ramen. Matcha milk was smooth and creamy, added a bit more sugar for my liking and the black sesame latte have that premium taste as per the wife.

I recently dined at Y93 Sushi Crave Japanese Cafe, and it was a fantastic experience! Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, showcasing the freshness and quality of their ingredients. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

We ordered the octopus skewers, chicken karaage, poke bowl, and ramen, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The octopus skewers were perfectly tender and flavorful, the chicken karaage was crispy and juicy, the poke bowl was vibrant and fresh, and the ramen was rich and comforting.

I highly recommend this gem for anyone craving authentic and satisfying Japanese cuisine. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!

This is my favourite spot to eat close to home, I just love the cozy vibe of this place, especially on a cold day. I've had ramen here a few times and it's really good. I had sushi here for the first time today and it was good too!

Okay so this is the first (and last) time I order from Y93. To be clear I ordered from SkipTheDishes (now Skip).

Can't critique on the venue itself since I've never physically been there so I'm just reviewing the food alone.

It was meh. To be fair I ordered the Crazy salmon (torched) and Tuna duo (also torched).

I didn't realize that torched means seared (ie lightly burnt on the sides) and when the food arrived it looked less than appetizing and also the taste was not that good.

I probably won't try anything else at Y93 since I don't like surprises but feel free to order if you're into that kind of thing.

Ultimately I didn't like it.
