Yakima Social Kitchen + Bar

Wonderful experience. Such good food . We had the pork chops and beef brisket for two. Absolutely melt in your mouth. Baked Brie was so good for starter. The chefs here are the greatest. Had sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Our server Kiara bet me it was better than what we get in Scotland's took that bet. She was right!!! Hats off to Kiera and crew for the outstanding service, friendliness and help. Outstanding. Whole staff were just exceptional. Special thanks to valet service Jonathan who ensured we parked right and asked if we enjoyed our night. We did and we will be back. 10/10

Ok. Let me tell you. Not only was the food delicious (salmon eggs Benedict was amazing), the staff here went above and beyond for me. I was traveling with something requiring extra help and Sandy, the hostess, personally made sure that my items were kept for me, refrigerated, and made sure her fellow staff knew about my items. Also, they graciously held our bags while we dined and while we awaited our time to go through security. I cannot overstate how helpful they were and how understanding and kind.

Excellent. The best place to eat in Calgary airport. If you have a long layover it is worth coming out through security to spend time here, then going back into the secure area in time for your flight.

And after we ordered the food, we wait for 20-ish minutes to get the food.

Airport restaurant locations get alot of traffic. As soon as I arrived in Calgary from Vancity, I wanted a quick bite.

The beef is very fresh and had lots of flavor. The atmosphere and service is very corporate like. All in all I would say it was a great first experience and I enjoyed my time.

Faith, our server got our drinks wrong twice and I finally had to go to the bar to order them myself! Food was great and once I got the correct drinks, they were good.

I never thought we would have an excellent meal at a hotel. Usually the best you can hope for is a “good meal”. My wife and I were blown away with how good the food was. Not only were the appetizers, main course and desert excellent, the service matched the experience as well. A special shout out to our waiter Noel who was excellent. Friendly, attentive and fun to talk to about our trip as we had both visited the same destination in the past. Thanks Noel and the rest of the Yakima staff for an excellent “20th ;)” birthday supper. We would definately return and even consider coming to Yakima in the future even if we weren’t flying out.

Great food. I had the black cod for dinner and the egg, avocado and fresh mozzarella for breakfast. I highly recommend, the best food at Calgary airport. We stayed at the Marriott.

We had a shorter "layover" visit with our son who was en-route home than expected due to flight delays , but the service we received allowed us to enjoy a meal and maximize the time we had with this layover in Calgary. Just excellent service from the staff. We are very appreciative. And the food, as always, was so tasty and well presented. It was a most enjoyable experience. My thanks.

Brama, the manager is always ready up help

This is a hotel restaurant inside the YYC terminal, so prices are going to be high. The food quality is OK, but the menu (202 summer menu) is not as appealing as the winter menu was. The star of the show for us is the old-fashion cocktail which arrives enveloped in hickory smoke.
