I don't have much experience in African food. The service was good, my main question is why is this rated as $10-$20 when every meal is $19.99 or above. Also for $19.99, you get 2 pieces of chicken that were way too dry for my taste.

I walked into a restaurant, was treated rudely at the door, and left. What I saw left me with a very unpleasant impression, both in terms of cleanliness and attitude toward customers.
In addition to being a driver, I am also a person and a potential customer, but you do not watch your words and behavior. Complain if you want, but I will provide a video of my visit that I recorded when you started raising your voice in your defense, even though I did not say a word to you. There is not a shred of falsehood in my words, yet you insult me in your response to my reviews.

Food was incredible. Oxtail was tender and sauce was rich. Curry chicken and goat were both incredibly flavorful Coconut rice was mind blowing. Super creamy. Plantains were perfect balance of sweet and savory. Service with a smile and didn't hesitate to ask if we wanted some house made hot sauce on the side for everything. Going to make sure to visit them at the Crossroads market next time

We had oxtail for the first time and it blew our minds - extremely tender and fell off the bone after 6 hours of cooking. The spices were delicious, spicy and flavourful. Best jollof rice I’ve had in Calgary!
Gosh I ordered the beef sausage, and idk what it was that they brought, so salty and weird. Nah do better. Wasted my money.

Writing this review from the jerk chicken I got around a month ago from a market.
I got the jerk chicken drumsticks. While the taste and the spice(5stars for spice) was there, the chicken was unfortunately very dry. Would love to try again next time. Hopefully it’s not dry.
