Absolutely amazing. Food was ready quick and was delicious, fair prices especially for custom requests. Service was friendly and felt like going to Grandma’s house. Couldn’t recommend more. Cheers!

Standard Industrial Park cafe. Burger was house made. Shoestring frozen fries. Canned pop. Burger was fine, nothing special or wow but fresh and edible. Better than McDonald's but not gourmet. Price is about $5 on the high side. Small local business not a turnkey franchise but menu seemed limited. Establishment was cleaner than most

The food here was INCREDIBLE. The service was very fast, the staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. If you have the chance to stop in here you definitely should!

What a perfect and unassuming cafe.

I enjoyed a veggie omelette with chorizo sausage - just perfect.

Coffee always topped up and hot, wonderfully attentive staff, great place to eat!

Helen’s is a gem. I would drive out for breakfast even though it is in an industrial area.

We were at Krown auto and decided to mosey across the street. You can’t tell from the exterior but the inside is so bright and welcoming.

The breakfast was deeeeelicious! Tasted like home cooked.

I would like to come back and sample the Asian menu items too.

The restaurant was almost empty, which is insane. I used to go to a place in Vancouver called Jimmy’s similar to this and it was packed to the rafters. I can only assume people just don’t know about Helen’s?

Stopped in here this morning out of curiosity after driving by a few times. Just a little hole in the wall serving up delicious food at a reasonable price, with a lovely hostess. Kind, polite, and hospitable service. My friend and I will definitely be returning to try some more menu items. We had the Benny's, perfectly cooked with a sweeter, yet lovely ham on English muffin, served with seasoned potatoes, crunchy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. I just love places like this. I almost didn't want to give it a review because you sometimes want to keep places like this to yourself!

This is a place you’d be lucky to have in your area. Very cute and authentic place with delicious and fair priced food. I think true charm of this place is the sense of community Helen and her husband have created here. I’m very fortunate to have stumbled in here today.

It's pretty rare to good quality food served at a reasonable price in industrial areas. Usually they're overpriced for blue collar workers. Sometimes it can get a little busy because there's only two employees.

The Linda Lou is fantastic. Great combination of flavours and the bread is toasted perfectly. The beef and barley despite being made with ground beef has a ton of flavour. I enjoyed the omelette as well. Perfect textured and the potatoes are seasoned well. Try their homemade chili oil as well!

For some reason their water or cups taste weird. The cleaner they use is not washed off well.

The staff here are contageously friendly and the place has good atmosphere atmosphere for a commercial bay. First time in my life that I was served hard-boiled eggs Benedict with mealy tomatoes. My partner said his omelette had an unusual off-taste. Same in my bennies. I think they put cinnamon or some other spice in the eggs. No need to be returning here but for a quick lunch stop it's probably fine. I didn't see the value in the food quality though.

Chorizo hash bowl is a solid breakfast. Tasty sauce, good sausage (not greasy), good ratio of ingredients (not way too many potatoes like a lot of hash dishes), friendly service, and fair pricing.

Great hole in the wall eats. Nothing flashy, just good home-made meals and pleasant staff. Parking sucks but there's enough locations all around.

When I tell you that THIS IS MY FABORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD TO EAT, it's no exaggeration in the slightest. Helen and Dennis are the greatest people in the world. DO NOT SLEEP ON Helen's Place. Try the turkey dinner or the Linda Lou. The Chinese food is great, the breakfast is PHENOMINAL and the owners are THE BEST!!!!
