Unprofessional staff! Why be rude to customers? I decided to try something new and ordered a smoothie. But when I asked about the ingredients and what might be more interesting, I was simply told, 'Choose what you want, I just make drinks.' But that’s not all. At the checkout, the girl rudely added a tip percentage for herself without even asking. To which I said that I didn’t enter that amount.

Terrible experience, Staff is so rude and unprofessional. I ordered three dairy smoothies, and they were terrible, extremely tasteless, and not worth a 1 dollar. I can literally hand my 5 years old son the ingredients, and he'll make a better one Don't waste your money , not worth it.

Hey. Me and a very special friend were excited for getting a treat out after a long time and chose yogurt ice cream bc why not? It's so yummy. We got a large banana ice cream, coconut milk, and the seasonal Chai Pumpkin Iced Latte. Starting with the banana, I can promise you I could make banana bread with how overripe that banana tasted. It's still edible but not enjoyable. The coconut milk was okay but still needed more sugar or at least the option to add it a coffee bar sort of thing bc the lack of flavor was disappointing. The Chai was the worst thing. We don't like stuff that is overly sweet, but when I tell you this drink didn't have a drop of sweetness, it was extremely disappointing. The service was good, the staff was friendly and kind, but the food overall was like 6/10. If you want some, please get a drink from somewhere else 🙏. It's pricey and not worth the money at all

Hi, i wanna share a bad experience that is really un acceptable. I have tried many times the bubble tea and yogurt ice cream but this location is terrible because at 3:20 I order for a drink and they refuse to make it and told me that its a closing time but what the hell is still 40 minutes for closing. Secondly, the behaviour is so unprofessional of billing staff as of so rude! Please if you have such attitude please work somewhere else because everyone can’t do hospitality!! Very bad experience and will never order from this location ever.

I went to get a Strawberry cheesecake today 5:50 pm and I had a really bad experience. The lady helping me told me that they did not have fresh strawberries so they had to blend it. I told her just to give me the cheesecake with the vanilla because I do not like strawberries blended. She proceeded to get frustrated with me and told me I had to blend the strawberries. I have gone here multiple times and they always understand when I say I do not want the strawberries. I told the other girl at the till that I was getting unfairly treated as at no point was I being disrespectful. She was very understanding and told me it was a long day. I was understanding and tried to sympathize. When she went to tell the other lady to apologize, the lady looked at me and said no. It was a very awkward and unprofessional situation. Usually I do not write these, but the customer service I got from this woman was completely unacceptable.
