No prices visible and what I purchased wasn't very well mixed.

We purchased a raspberry frozen yogurt with mochi as a topping from the southcenter mall. When we walked away to enjoy our yogurt we realized that the mochi was hard and stale (supposed to be soft, fresh, and pillowy). We took it back to inform the staff and exchange it for a different topping. They rejected to take accountability for serving us poor quality food and refused to exchange it for a different topping unless we paid for it. We walked away disappointed by their lack of customer service and carelessness in their food standards.

Sometimes it is best to come back to a review if modification is required. This is the case. While it was a frustrating interaction, owner has since reached out and made things right. Redeemed the starts back.

This place is very dirty they picked up gummies from the floor and tried to put it in my yougurt and the lady was very rude after I asked her to give my money back don’t eat here at all and don’t trust them!!!!
Wow.. Just incredibly rude service. We were obviously an inconvenience to the lady even though there was no lineup in front or behind us. Disappointing Yogen Fruz experience.

Price is fair; taste wise, it's not it. I had the strawberry cheesecake; the strawberries were frozen and not near fresh, and the texture of the ice cream made me regret my purchase.

Delicious ice cream always BUT very terrible service at Southcentre mall… I don’t know what was her name but she was very rude…We always choose 3-4 fruits but this lady told us only one fruit we can choose…excuse me???? After 10 mins she said you have to pay extra….i know it’s extra money but i was told only one fruit I can pick…. Then for topping as well….she didn’t even say if we want any toppings…after i ask for topping she said: YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA….ma’am…. I know it’s extra…but that’s your job to ask your customer !!Who does she think she is????This happened at 5:45pm on Dec 8th

Ordered a small for my kid and a medium for myself. The medium had the same amount as the small. Questioned the lady about it and her reasoning didn't make any sense. Seeing all the other reviews, I can tell they are deliberately scaming people. It's a shame, always loved YF.
