ordered 4 yogurts and all were bad. the mango yogurt didn’t taste like mango at all and when asked why, they just gave us a piece of frozen mango and said it is mango. they didnt even offer to remake it. the matcha yogurt was half vanilla with stale old mochi and the pina colada icecream had no pineapple at all and was just vanilla with coconut. for $50 i was really displeased and their customer service was less than satisfactory. they just told us we were wrong and dismissed us.

Came in around 3:30, lady working there was very rude and when I asked for more than one topping she said “You want that many?”. Charged me too much and gave me a small size when I asked for a large. Terrible customer service.

Do not waste your money - was given a disgusting watered down mess instead of an avocado smoothie. Should also mention the colour is a mix between old avocado and baby poop so that was really fun to recieve :) Literally anywhere else in this city can make one no issue, spend your money else where

I had the strawberry cheesecake at Yogen Fruz and it was so good! Creamy, sweet, and full of flavor—just perfect. The place was really clean and felt very fresh. I liked how neat everything looked, and it felt safe and hygienic. I’d definitely go back again for another treat!

The behaviour of the employee here is freaking bad. She wasn’t happy while we was asking for adding toppings to our order. I have to wait 15 mins for a cup of yogurt.
