Absolutely horrible customer service. The girl was just texting and finally looked up from her phone and said to wait a min, and that she will be right with us. And then disappeared. And then her colleague on the other end starting calling people from the back of the line over to him to help them…. Like what? Why wouldn’t you call people from the front of the line? We just ended up leaving because it was so ridiculous.

I don’t think this location is sanitary at all. Everything (sanitary, tiny portion, taste) changed for the worse with either new owners or workers.
I was here Monday, Oct 21st, the girl who blended didn’t blend properly so it was chunky, which doesn’t happen at other locations. When asked, she put the yogurt that I already ate back into the blending machine, claiming that it’ll be cleaned before the next customer. But I’ve never seen them clean it in between. This is so gross, I trashed it after. Do not trust this location.
I cannot reply to the owner so replying here: how do you clean the machines? Is it with water? I think it needs a deep clean to get rid of personal germs (eg. saliva) that won’t be achieved with a quick rinse, if you even rinse.

Dietary restrictions: there are nuts at the bar so i would be careful because i do not know if they cross contaminate.

Ordered Matcha mochi. No matcha flavor and the mochi was dried and hard!I took out all those dried mochi and didn’t even finish the ice cream.Please use fresh ingredients instead being cheap. The one I had in chinook location was chewy and fresh. Not going back to this place anymore.

This place is amazing, especially Neelam who served me today, and the male coworker too. They’re fantastic people and I love a healthier alternative to a delicious treat. I also left my cat purchases around here one time (after buying the kitty stuff elsewhere in the mall), and staff so kindly tucked it behind the cash register for me. If anyone needs a recommendation, I usually get watermelon + cookies and cream flavur blend.

Time after time I have given this location another chance and regret it each time. I don't care what the price is, the problem is they don't even fill the cup. Like come on... Look at the pictures on your screens, and look what you give people. DO BETTER!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack of service here every time, let alone the LACK of actual treat. I guess when everyone seems to hate working there it not only shows in the food they serve but their attitude while assisting customers.
