Yum Yum has definitely become one of my go to spots. Their fried chicken whether it’s the Yum Yum flavor or the shallot always comes out super crispy and juicy, exactly what I look for in good chicken. The staff and service are consistently great too, they always treat me with warmth and make me feel welcome.

The portions. A lot smaller. The food, not as tasty.
I have been here many times for their combo. Many times. But it definitely has changed. Not just the atmosphere and the primary cashier (used to be an amazing mother) but the food was also a let down.
The chicken used to be proper full sized thighs and drumsticks, not these things with broken bones.
The chicken is still fresh and the sauce is still similar enough but for the price it’s gotten worse. Ordered the shallot (must have) and yum yum chicken.
On top of that the salad also does not come any more tomatoes and just a smaller portion as well!! The radish used to come with the platter but now even that you have to ask and it’s not the same radish they use. Not as crispy and fresh.
We also ordered the potato twist, seasoning is also different and potato was fried longer but it’s just a fried twisted potato no complaints. I would not come here again.
Sucks because it used to be our favourite spot to invite people as well as just to come and enjoy some amazing Yum Yum BBQ chicken! They don’t even play some awesome KPop no more lol.
Don’t get fooled. There’s an offer for a free drink if you give them 5 stars 😂😂 The food wasn’t good at all، not terrible, but definitely not good. The service was okay, and the atmosphere was fine.
