We had an absolutely amazing final meal at Sauce! We have enjoyed this amazing restaurant so much throughout the years, and the family dinners that they did were one of our favourite Sunday evening traditions. We will miss the restaurant and the staff very much - thank you all!

Pesto chicken Alfredo, my favorite, should be on the menu always - not just lunch or Pasta Nights. Food and service remains great. The noise level is very high, and since renovating, is worse due to what seems, more tables added, and very close together. Not conducive for nice dinner conversation at all. People on either side can clearly hear everyone's conversation. The layout and spacing was much better before --- will still visit Sauce, but not as often as before ?

The young lady that served us at our table was very sweet, professional and from our observation was the hardest working staff during our evening. She made sure all our needs were met. She excelled over our waiter with her attentiveness. She was an asset to your establishment. She should be praised by management for her work.

We were greeted by a very pleasant hostess and provided with a terrific table. Our server - Harvey - met us promptly and was very attentive and professional throughout the evening. I ordered the lasagna, which was presented differently than usual and was enjoyable. My wife's dinner, the eggplant Milanese was not up to par. It was very mushy and oily and lacking in flavour. Overall I would return but don't order the eggplant.

After thoroughly enjoying our initial two visits to "Sauce", we brought two "first time" guests on this dinner occasion. It started off with some initial concern upon our reception at the restaurant, but the issue was handled very discreetly and professionally. We were impressed with the positivity, and grace with which we were addressed and treated. Each of us were delighted with our meals; the men choosing to start with Calamari and Roasted Cauliflower, the women choosing the Mista Salad. For the mains, the men each had the Chicken Parmesan, and the women chose the Prawns with Lemon Risotto. All the food was exceptional- delicious and generous portions. We all left more than satisfied with the intention of returning another time in the near future. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

The food quality is excellent and the menu selection for both food and wine is good. Prices for the food and the wine are reasonable. The wait staff are attentive, helpful and make no attempt to rush the diner. Sauce is kid friendly and has specials such as their $15 pasta and 1/2 price wine on various days of the week.

Staffing, owner bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. Minor issue with our order. we are not complainer types, but the owner got wind of the minor issue and more than generously compensated us. We will be back I believe many times in the future. Not because of their generosity, but because the ambience, quality of food, proportions, value and great staff

Love their larger dining space. We snagged a booth which was intimate but room enough for four. . Initial service was great but as folks arrived for the second seating our server was slammed and the food was slow to arrive. All of our meals were outstanding and our server was charming. If you are OK to have a slower paced meal that is perfectly prepared Sauce is your place. We will return.

Great date! Seated in a booth that was comfortable and private enough to enjoy good conversation. The server was stellar, totally professional, friendly, attentive but not imposing. Food was perfectly prepared and presented, eye appeal was 100%. What a great spot to enjoy going out to! Thanks so much to our lady server for enhancing our experience at Sauce.
The meal and service were both excellent. We did have an error on our bill, as did the table next to us, which may have been due to the chaos that was Mothers Day. The issue was very quickly resolved. As for the food - the charred broccoli is a must have. We shared two pasta dishes and both were delicious.
Went there for Mother's Day. Reservation was at 4 PM. Did not get our food until after 4:45 PM. Was very chaotic with the staff as it seems, they were missing people. Waitress could not get our order correct it had to be sent back. Was disappointed the owner did not come by to apologize or address our issues when it was clear there was a problem at our table with the order having to go back more than once. We come back to Sauce because the food is good. The service is hit and miss. but you were having to go back.

We used to go to Sauce a lot (before the renovations) It truly was one of the best in the city. After the renovations, portions are smaller, not a lot going on considering the price of the dish. Menu has changed, all my favourites are gone and I had a lot of favourites! The one thing that has stayed the same is their amazing service! Love their friendly staff:-) Not enough bread for the bruschetta or charcuterie board I think we had 4 for the bruschetta and 6 for the charcuterie board? My caesar contained 3/4 crushed ice. Over all, no longer my favourite place, smaller insignificant portions for more $$$$ I wish them luck though

Despite comments that Sauce has closed, we are again confirming it is very much open and busy. The refreshed interior is lovely, right down to the new plates and cutlery. We reserved our table for 7 pm and it was packed, less so after 7:45. Food is fresh, cooked to order and we enjoyed the fried artichoke and greens and then the veal dinner with the fried rice balls. Leftovers came home with us. Delicious as always.
