I ordered arancini and fettuccine Alfredo for delivery. I never received the arancini which was the whole reason I ordered in the first place which is really disappointing. I’m giving three stars because the fettuccini I received was actually really good but I would have rather had tried the arancini.

Ordered takeout. The bolognese sauce was disgusting and not edible. Basically an inch of pure oil. I wouldn't order from them in the future considering their one job is pasta.

If you want to order food from here, you will wait for a very long time, first they say wait 5 minutes, after 5 minutes wait 10 minutes, then it turns out that no one has cooked anything because there is no one to cook and you will wait for half an hour for this food, it's very bad. Listen, I'm no pasta snob. I've eaten and enjoyed many a dish from Boston Pizza and other similarly low-brow establishments. But this pesto was the worst I've ever had. It was creamy and green, but that's where the similarities to traditional pesto end. Unfortunately I ordered two due to a BOGO deal on Uber eats, so I'll eat it for dinner again tomorrow, but I'm not happy about it. Thinking about it now, I might just toss it out, make toast instead, and call it a wash.

I had their lobster ravioli before and it was really good. But the this time it was really disappointing… I feel like I had just bought freezer ravioli with sauce on… maybe I will give the one on the 17 Ave a try instead

Ordered a build your own pasta , calamari and bread from DoorDash. Unfortunately my pasta had hair in it ! :( Doordash refunded me but definitely ruined the experience of my meal .

YYC Pasta Bar is a solid spot in Kensington for anyone craving good pasta at a reasonable price, especially during happy hour. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

However, I'm a picky eater, so I felt a bit bitchy as I went on, but it was okay again when I toned it down with wine. If two or more people come, we recommend different bases.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. The waitress was nice. We ordered two pastas: mine was good and tasty until I found a black hair in the sauce, my husband's was just macaroni in water with clams.
P.S. Oh, yes, you are right, it wasn’t macaroni, sorry for the translation issue. But I added picture of pasta I had, where I found hair later.

The service was incredible and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful! But the portion sizes are tiny and there really isn’t that much to them. For 20$ you get essentially a sauce and a handful of noodles. It costs extra for veggies and meat.
