Zero stars. I went to their food truck at Taste of Calgary - got 4 frozen fries with a single cheese curb for $7. I am from Montreal... the flavor was almost there but after 2 bites the remainder of my overpriced 3 bites went into the trash. Zero stars.

Why is Family Cheesed food truck charging $3.00 for water? Highway robbery. Your menu shows $2.00 yet you are charging $3.00 at the BCA Craft fair. That's ridiculous. Come on, water should be $1.00. And your menu shows $14.00 for poutine but you are charging $15.00?? Why?

Wildly bad customer service.
I walked up to ask if they were in the area for public or for a private event and the lady working the truck cut me off mid sentence and talked to me like I was stupid and wasting her time. She then finished what she had to say by flicking her finger in the direction I was to walk away in.
I'M BLOWN AWAY.
I just wanted to know if I could buy food or not. I did not deserve that attitude and talking down to.

They got me with the old bait and switch! Do you want to try a sample of our chicken! Yeah, for sure! I’ll order the platter that comes with that! $19.00 later, I got two tablespoons of dried out chicken…and about 3.5-4 tablespoons of the two sides, with 3/4 of a small pita! Unreal. This wouldn’t even feed a toddler.

The booking staff answered all our questions and responded to emails and calls in a few hours, at most. They were also very accommodating in light of last minute menu changes due to several unexpected guests cancellations. The truck arrived at our house exactly on time and the staff were friendly, smiling and very receptive to all our guests’ requests and questions. The food was excellent. We had the Neon Taco truck at our house and we highly recommend this truck and the whole experience, you will not regret it. Our guests were thrilled with this novel approach and commented on how no clean up was required !!!
My husbands work booked Berta Burgers and Bear Balls, it was amazing. First cheeseburger my kids have eaten in months! They aren't big fans of burgers but they devoured these ones from Berta Burgers. My husband and I really enjoyed our poutines from bear balls along with the mountie balls and rocky mountain. Plus the staff were phenomenal at both! Highly recommend

visited YYC FOODTRUCKS in Crestmont tonight. It was so good. I had the chicken lime tacos from the neon taco truck and they were amazing. Also got an original lemonade. Out of this world! Service was great too.
