Never go to this place. I ended up eating the paneer masala and got really sick, I started vomiting a lot and it didn't stop for a whole week. Definitely avoid this place if you can. Worst experience

we ordered tonight food for 5 people and just got food for only 4 people. We tried to call in store they told they put all the items. It happened twice to me when I ordered from this restaurant. Now I will never going in this restaurant again. And never going to order online as well.

I order my food last week . online orders for late night is not good 2 items was missing when i called they said it is out of stock but ordered time they did not mentioned but they charge the price of all items

I ordered food (thali) at night. In menu it shows including raita but delivered without. My concern is not about one item missing in thali but you should inform me before that this item is not available or offer me any other item. They said we gave you extra salad which was total 4 pieces 2 onions and 2 cucumbers. I will never order food online again and will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed......wanted to give zero star...

Disappointing Experience – Missing Order
I was really looking forward to my meal from Zimidara restaurant but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed an order on Feb 15 thru Uber Eats and was surprised to find that one item was missing and there was a hand written note saying “out of Stock”
I immediately tried to contact the restaurant, and talked to PALLAVI who offered zero help or better resolution, infact said put a review on Google. What a shame! Mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the lack of prompt service and accountability left me frustrated.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their order accuracy and customer service.

The chilli panner was sweet, should change the name to sugar paneer. Shahi paneer was again sweet with no flavor. Plates were chipped. Quantity and quality of food are both questionable. To add washroom had no water/soap. Will not recommended

The worst restaurant i had ever tried. There was not option for half star because this restaurant don’t deserve a single star. I had ordered cholle bhature from uber which was fully raw and there was smell coming from chutney and onions. And, cholle had stones and residuals of dal. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
