OMG so good!We had the Large (So Big!) Meat Lovers, and a Small (Still so big!) Deluxe. It was sooooo good, all the 1 STAR reviews on this place are totally BS, always look at how many reviews and contributions a person gives before you take their review into consideration on a business!Loved the food, lived the service, and the wait time wasn't that bad for the work and love that went into the order. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH GUYS!!!

Our first visit, and absolutely loved it here. They had tubs of fresh potato pre cut into fries ready to go, that that would drop I the fryer as customers ordered. You could really taste the freshness !Great fries, gravy not too salty, and wicked good curds!Would love to see these guys open a location in Calgary, they'd knock it out of the park. Keep up the great work guys

This place is a must go when visiting Canmore. Huge portions (a large will feed 2-3 easily). The owners are so nice. It’s authentic Montreal poutine. My kids have had the burgers and dogs as well and they are awesome. So good!

Came here on a weekend evening close to closing, and wow there was a constant stream of people while we were there (a few people were in the shop when we arrived, and people ordered after us - and while we ate in the parking lot, more cars came too). Unfortunately, I heard the people working there tell other customers that they probably won't last the year but will likely move elsewhere as a food truck!Anyway, we ordered the deluxe (onion, mushrooms, smoked meat, bacon) without the bacon and waited a few minutes for it to come out. The fries were perfectly crispy at first before the gravy overtook them, and it was delicious! I would've liked more ingredients, especially the smoked meat, but the flavors were good. A bit pricey at around C$14 for a small, but it was a lot of food!

I ordered the Smoked Meat Poutine. The regular size was just perfect. Staff were friendly and my food was make hot to order.

I was disappointed to see the kitchen staff unmasked, which is a violation of current Alberta health and safely regulations pertaining to indoor masking for covid-19. I did not try the food. If this establishment flouts the most visible health and safety regulation, I wouldn't trust them to abide by other safe food handling guidelines.

We met a couple on the Banff Gondola that highly recommended this place and we had to check it out . Great food and amazing guys, well worth the wait and the stop, you won’t be disappointed!
Awesome poutine. Line ups a little long. But worth the wait. Fresh cut fries with lots of options for toppings. A tad on the pricey side. It's close to.$20 for a large poutine with toppings. Not a place I'd visit often due to price, but worth a treat. And big enough portion to share if you wanted. When I was there, a bunch of annoying French people were there, getting back in line a million times for ketchup packets. Iguess it made it more authentic

Wow wow wow, this place is a hidden gem, clearly not too hidden because it was busy. The poutine is fantastic. We both had the smoked meat should have gotten small because the large is enough to feed a small army. Will definitely be back. Well done 514!!

Great poutine at a reasonable price. We had the steak hache and the chicken/peas. Nice crispy fries and the gravy was more than just a salty sauce.. the steak poutine gravy has a meaty flavor to it which was a nice touch. The meats themselves were nicely seasoned.A small is enough for one person!Will be back to try more of their poutines next time and their burgers!
