Takeaway for a family of 9. Food was packed well and with care. Delicious burgers and frozen root beers. Staff was helpful and patient as we were from out of town. Great place for a burger.
The service was really fast and efficient. I ordered a cheddar and bacon uncle burger with a poutine it came hot and ready within a couple minutes. Would come back again.

We went there and seven tables are dirty and the rest had customers so told to your crews that it needs to clean those tables,and they are only standing on the counter and they told me to sit where it's clean, but no clean tables and the table we got not clean also but not like the other tables.Then one staff did the wiping and I told her that we had A& W in Grande Prairie but they are clean and she answer back that they are not like that,what a nice answer ,instead of saying sorry about that and she's east Indian,what an attitude.
holy crap. dirtiest AW i have ever been in. Walking through the front door the workers were emptying the outside garbage and dumped half of it on ground then just hosed it into the parking lot. Went inside, and the back right corner had fries, sticky drink, and a food bag on the floor outside the garbage amongst other unidentifiable debris .Never got picked up while we ate there. Table were sticky with food residue. Was 10pm at night...cant blame the rush! Bathrooms were cleaner haha, although no papertowels or hand sanitizer in the store, have to go outside to get that. So strange.

horrible service extremely overcharged by 2.45 on an order that I order every day at other location that’s only 10.05. The service took for ever as the ladies behind the counter were just chatting. Got my burger before my coffee. Bun was burnt and rubbery, eggs were dry.... I will never step foot in this A&W again till I see the reviews return to what they were five years ago. this location needs a new owner or manager manager. It is ridiculous and disgusting.

Root beer is a unique drink that can only be found here. It seems to have a cinnamon flavor. Fried onions and hamburgers are delicious haha

I was here at the drive thru Sept 20th approximately 930pm. The lady was just flat out rude and disrespectful. Upon arriving to the window to pay and receive my order, without any eye contact or acknowledgement whatsoever she just whips out pin pad and shoves it at me.
Too bad for her I paid cash.
Then she nearly just threw my bag of order at me.
Her line of work is customer service, dealing with the public. If you do not like dealing with the public, you are in the wrong field of work.
This is a tourist area where people come from all over the world. Your horrible, disrespectful attitude does not belong in the tourism environment even if it's an A&W and you are very poorly representing this company.

Wanted a quick late evening meal. The service was friendly and the food was good, but some of those women behind the counter should pay a little more attention to the customers waiting at the counter instead of talking and joking around with each other.
