We grabbed a quick bite at A&W on our way to the hotel and, honestly, really enjoyed it. The sweet potato fries were great, and the cheeseburger good too. Service was friendly, the place was reasonably clean, and the food hit the spot. Exactly what we needed after a drive.

The food at A&W had previously been great, however the guy working late refused to serve us and completely ignored for no reason whatsoever. Very stranger experience, would not recommend!

Visited on December 22 and accidentally left our phone behind. The staff went out of their way to pack it up and print our shipping label. Super friendly service and very well managed. Really appreciate the extra effort.

At the drive through at 3:59am and staff runs out while Iβm pulled up and flips all the signs to breakfastβ¦ refuses to sell me a chubby chicken burger! How hard is it to honour the menu being shown to me and/or make a chicken burger at any given time?? Especially while the boards still are offer it?? Customer service an absolute joke!! Jan 1st 3:59am on drive through hopefully you know who was providing such brilliant service
This is by far the best A&W location we have been to. Every visit has been consistently excellent, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is always fresh, well prepared, and served just right. The staff do a great job keeping everything efficient and welcoming, and the restaurant is always clean and well run. Reliable quality every single time. Highly recommended.

We had a group of 6 of us, go in for lunch to Canmore A&W. The staff made the burger wrong (ordered cheese and no mayo - there was tons of mayo and no cheese). The staff ARGUED with me it was not wrong and said someone else ate that burger which they did not. Honestly I have never in my life had a staff argue about an order THEY messed up. She ruined the lunch experience. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at Canmore location.
