We booked this restaurant last minute for a date night, and I’m so glad we did. It was incredible. Paisley at the bar and all the staff were exceptional in explaining everything, making suggestions and ensuring we had a great time. The foie is TO DIE FOR. Every dish was so delicious and so interesting!! We hope to come back for an “encore” soon!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. The restaurant was clean and very nice. They had plants on the wall, which I absolutely loved.

The food was sublime, we ordered the six course meal. They severed us a variety of dishes that were on and off the menu. My husband even did the wine tasting and they even paired the dishes with the wine. Needless to say the food and drinks were delicious and went fabulously together. That was the best food I have ever had in my life. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing. I can't wrap my head around how they managed to cram so much flavor into each bite but also not overwhelm you at the same time. Their appetizers, the amazing main course, the wine, and the desert were fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are in Canmore you NEED to eat here.
