Disappointing. Food is poor. Our fish 'banana leaf' was not cooked in banana leaf as was very oily. Asked for it to be rectified but plate was returned exactly the same!! The chicken 'mole' was covered in green salsa - no mole in sight! Server was attentive and polite but did not make up for the terrible food.

We tried this restaurant for a late lunch for the first time. Food was meh and the service was so bad it seemed like you were on one of those hidden camera prank shows. When we first sat down we were told they had no pork which was okay but a lot of the dishes did have pork which narrowed availability. Our waitress seemed so timid and terrified or indifferent, either way it was clear she did not want to be serving. After ordering it took at least 40 minutes to get the first entree. We had 4 people and each person got their dish at a different time with 10-20 min intervals in between. Nobody really ate together and it made for a very long akward meal. We joked that they were cooking one dish at a time but it honestly could have been the case. During the meal we had missing cutlery, no hot sauce and low water. Each time we had to get up from our table to ask the server to help us because she was sitting at the bar on her personal phone too busy to do her job. Which most our table beimg in the service industry is a big no no. Another waitress wandered around doing nothing and looking like she had no soul left behind her eyes. We asked her to clear our dirty dishes and it seemed as if we had asked her to climb a mountain. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and only table napkins to wipe with. Everything seemed like pulling teeth and the food in general was just okay. Oh and I should mention we were one of two tables in the restaurant so being busy was not a factor for poor service. 10/10 would not recommend but gave it two stars because we had some good laughs reading all the other horrible reviews.

Stopped here on our way home from Calvary. Hubby and I enjoyed our meal as did the kids. It was super busy but we still had good service.

This place gives service like no other. You want a special mexican dish, just ask. They will go out of their way to ensure that you are happy. The quality was amazing. This is a family run business that knows how to serve their guests quality food and drinks. You should see these people Hussle when they get busy. Thanks for not only a great meal but an enjoyable experience.

Enchilada were yummy, but the tortillas were a little overdone and mushy. Rice was dry, as it was end of night, but had good flavor. Beans were kind of soupy, but again, good flavor. Overall pretty good, but definitely overpriced for what it was.

They didnt even offer water until we were ready to pay the bill and leave. Such a good restaurant and love coming back here but please train the staff to provide better service.
The most authentic Mexican experience this side of the border. You absolutely must try the sangria and guacamole. By far the best we've ever had! Exceptional personalized service. We were astonished by the quality of the food and passion for the business. An absolute gem mixed in the canadiana.
