The cashier was stretching dough handling money and using the cash register all at the same time. This is against all health code for sure.
We confronted them and she denied not washing her hands. Not acceptable.

Wherever, whenever I just love beaver tails... can't go wrong with this goodie!😋
Side comment only....
The faucet was leaking that day so your first initial reaction is to turn the faucet to stop it from leaking... it's like a prank but it's not! It was funny to watch the other people do the same thing you did...🤭
I just hope they already fix it because the water wasted is heartbreaking for me🥲

Our favorite dessert spot in the Canmore/Banff region. We couldn’t stop ourselves from coming back. We had the coco nilla Beavertail (cookies and cream) and it was perfect, even without the ice cream. It’s delicious as they fry the dough fresh and put the toppings on the spot, so it’s still crispy and hot when it’s given to you. Wish they had one in the south United States!

The storefront was really hot and needed air conditioning or fans. I felt sorry for the staff.
A lot of items were out and their only seemed to be one staff member working. Kudos to her, because she was dealing with a lot of people and she was very professional despite the uncomfortable climate and lack of resources.

The strawberry cheesecake flavor was absolutely delicious! If I lived here, I would get it all the time.

I recently went to Canmore and decided to finally try a BeaverTail for the first time. I was so excited and it did not disappoint, it’s really delicious! The place itself is small but very clean, and the menu is clear and easy to understand, which is super helpful for first-timers like me. I also appreciated that they have a faucet inside since it can get a little messy while eating. Overall, a really nice experience and definitely worth a try!

Got the French Toast Beaver Bites. It's good, quite addictive. Serving is good for 2-3. $18.

I stopped by BeaverTails Canmore at the last minute, and I was so impressed with the service and quality! Even though it was close to closing, the staff were super friendly and welcoming — no rush or attitude at all. They still took the time to make my Sweet Oasis BeaverTail perfectly, and wow... it was delicious!
Warm, freshly made, and topped just right — the perfect mix of sweet and satisfying. You can really tell they care about the experience, even at the end of the day. This quick stop totally made my evening.
Highly recommend if you're in Canmore and craving a sweet, feel-good treat. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Our experience wasn’t good here unfortunately, The lady was rude , she refused to do half/half which we always do at other beavertrails & when asked for classic, she barely put any cinnamon sugar on tht., Banff beaver trails are far better.
Pistachi-OH is exceptional

Our first time trying it and it was great . We tried different flavors . The staff was smiling despite being busy . Would recommend everyone to try this Canadian dessert at least once.

I came here about a week ago with my family. When I was ordering, I asked the cashier if she could cut my beaver tail in pieces as I was sharing with some of my nieces and nephews. She was helpful and said they could do this! She was great.
When my order was ready, the man making the beaver tail handed it over to me. I asked if he could cut it for me (he had a cutting board and knife right in front of him). Instead he was very rude, and said he wouldn't and gave me a plastic knife. I asked again as it is a lot harder to cut with a plastic knife. He refused and was very rude towards me. I won't be coming back here because of his poor manners and bad customer service.

⭐️ 0/5 — Overpriced and disappointing. Paid a lot for a simple pastry, and they didn’t even provide a bag to take it to go. Not worth the money.
