Painfully slow (45 minutes) ….. while very tasty, I’d turn around if you see a line and the number of staff is 2 or less
Clean place Quick service. Extremely tasty!! The pistachio one was excellent!! Try it if you’re in Canada
Always a good choice getting a beavertail. I love the plain beavertail with ice cream in case you don’t like desserts being TOO sweet. The beaverdog was not great though. It’s a skip. Too boring and bland. Very gimmicky.
If you have allergies of any kind, please be careful eating here, and watch them make your order. I ordered the brWoWnie beaver tail and as the worker was making it, I saw him put Reece’s pieces bits on my food, then realize his mistake and take them off and try to continue to make my order. I spoke up and said to please remake it as I am allergic to peanuts (not anaphylactic, but still have a reaction).
Moral of the story, if I was anaphylactic and did not watch them make this order, it could have ended much differently. I advise anyone eating here to watch them make your order.
Loved it. Tried their chocolate icecream nice and creamy, good chocolate flavor. Tried avalanche beaver tails it’s the best.., Nanaimo is our second favorite. We really appreciated that they have sink to wash hands. Because eating the pastry was really messy. It’s a must try .
Delicious🥰🥰
My first Beaver Tail experience in Canmore was fantastic! The Pistachio, Brownie, and Original were all incredible treats. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If you're in Canmore, you absolutely must try a Beaver Tail. Highly, highly recommend this delightful Canadian pastry!
Hadn't had a beavertail for a long time. Wasn't as good as I remembered it. Disappointing.

Went twice in two days. First time was ice cream. Very creamy, good selection, very satisfied. Second time was for a beaver tail and it was ridiculously good. We sat there a bit stunned it tasted so delicious. Service was quick. We were in and out in no time despite how busy it was.

The basics are apples or chocolate.
I like pistachios, but I had to try something basic, so I chose apples.
Shall I cut it in half? I ask.
It has a texture like hotteok, but it’s full of sugar so it’s savory and sweet. There are so many apples and jam on top that it will spill out, so prepare a wet tissue before eating.
While we were eating outside, we ran out of apple jam and sparrows heard the rumor and came to visit.
Eat beavertail, which even sparrows love!
