The mochas are good the customer service is 👎
Very unfriendly person working there she definitely does not want to be there probably the most unfriendly service we had in Canmore - not appreciated in the morning !
No hello or any other greeting at all confusion as to where to order at one point she snapped at us. If you own a coffee shop try and be welcoming in the morning or hire someone who is.
The rudeness alone made us uncomfortable enough not to return on our next trip.
Had the banana smoothie and Matcha, both were pretty terrible. The banana smoothie just tasted like a poorly mixed protein powder drink, and the Matcha was as pale as a ghost and tasted foul.
We also got a carrot cake muffin which was OK, but the texture was very unpleasant because it was very cold.
Maybe the coffee is the saving grace, but I would steer clear of those two. The pricing is also pretty terrible
Went here one morning, the server didn’t seem too pleasant. Ice coffee didn’t taste good but the breakfast sandwiches are nice. What I didn’t appreciate was being handed a straw with bare hands — it wasn’t wrapped, and it was placed directly on the bar/table. It felt unsanitary.
Everything you need in a cafe & nothing you don’t! Great food, home cooked! Not too busy, great prices and friendly :) thanks guys!
Solid spot to get some much needed coffee. My dog liked it too.
Lovely place, charming! Really cute pawprint on my chai latte :) Wheelchair accessible entrance via a side door (regular entrance has one step up to enter) but almost entirely high bar stool tables. Wheelchair accessible bathrooms although without grab bars.
Stopped by for 2 small decaf Americanos to go. In the process of being made, the server rang through the total and it was over $14. I asked if that was a mistake and she said “No, there is an extra $2.00 charge per cup for decaf and a $.25/cup take out charge for the cup - the pricing on the wall did not indicate these up charges. We have decaf Americanos EVERYWHERE and have never been charged extra. To make matters worse, the coffee was lukewarm when we got it. Worst coffee experience we have ever encountered in all our travels.
The spinach and feta frittata was very good! The 2 dogs outside were very well behaved a sweet. The silver hair lady is very rude and I will not be back due to her behavior.
Very good coffee
Family run cafe that has a variety of food. The toasted banana bread was especially good, along with a well-made latte. The drip coffee machine was broken the day I was there. They have 2 black dogs quietly sitting out front. No other dogs are allowed. Limited seating out front.

It’s quant and cute. Like a cafe.
I found the food to be very bland though. And my London fog didn’t taste like one at all. The coffee was good.
The service was wonderful.

Perfect spot for a coffee, the best carrot cake in town and delicious lunch. I highly recommend when you are in the neighbourhood stopping in for a treat.
Hint: they stay open later on Friday and Saturday for beer and wine for a post hike treat.

Stopped in to pick up coffee and quick breakfast a couple of days in a row, as it was conveniently located in the same building we were staying. The staff was friendly and the food and coffee was nice. Cute atmosphere.
There was a real live black dog outside to greet us.
