Beyond impressed by our server, Dylan! He was so friendly upon our arrival, very attentive throughout the service, and at the end he even helped us with TONS of awesome recommendations of what to do in the area. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Food was quick and a perfect bite after a long day of travel. God bless Boston Pizza and Dylan!!! 10/10 would recommend

We came to the store after seeing it closed at 1am and saw it looked closed, went in and nobody was around. We were in the car and called at 11:08PM on Nov 22 and they said they were open for takeout only. When we were ready to order a few minutes after that phone call we went in and the man told us they closed the kitchen even after we said their hours that they were open for almost another 2 hours and then he locked the door. Why have hours posted when you will not follow them. How can you deny a customer when you're technically still open?! Laziness.

It's a fine restaurant. The fries were pretty soft and sad thought. Not crispy at all. But the pasta is good for me. I like the sauce. Taco is a bit burnt , you can taste the bitterness of the wrap. But it's good for family. Saw lots of kids enjoying their meal.

Our server Bailey was great. The chicken wings were the best we’ve ever had at any BP location. One note: could you please fix the broken windows on the patio? They’ve been like that for months, according to our host. Neglectful.

Absolutely the cheapest BPs i have ever ordered from. The pizza had barely any toppings and the food tasted horrible. Pretty sure they are not following franchise guidlines there. AVOID. Waste of money.

If i could rate zero stars I would. I went here on November 3 2025 and tried to order two drinks. When I ordered a blue hawaiian, a bartender upsold me on their new seasonal blue hawaiian. I had two sips before I couldn’t drink anymore as it tasted like pure alcohol. Not only did I sit there for 20 minutes before a server came to ask how we were doing but we also had to pay for the disgusting drink.Would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Will not be returning.
They said they are not taking tables anymore. Totally refused the service. This has happened first time ever

We visited this Boston Pizza on a Tuesday, Pasta night. We ordered our usual pasta dishes...Jambalaya and Chicken and Mushroom Fettucini. However, they were both made with spaghetti noodles and not Fettucini. This was disappointing. However, since it was later in the evening around 945 to 10 pm when we got our food, and there was only us and another couple in the dining room, we didn't complain. It looked like the staff were getting ready to close as they were cleaning up. It appeared that they were not remaining open until midnight. We saw some some customers come in around 1015 to 1030 pm and they left. So, not sure if they were told that the place was closing. My recommendation as this BP is in a small town, that customers call prior to going if they plan on going later. Otherwise the customers maybe disappointed if they make the trip but find out that the restaurant is closed or may close earlier if there are not any or many customers.

This is probably the best Boston Pizza in Canada. I stop here everytime I’m in Canmore or passing through the mountains. The pizza crust is actually cooked. Most Boston pizzas serve almost raw dough I find. 10/10 for the pizza. Very cheesy And well cooked dough
