Caesar salad was great. It's my birthday birthday today and I got a free brownie. They put a sparkler in it. Thank you

Our server started off with apologizing for the delay of serving us and informing us of an inclusive gratuity of 18% as we were a table of 7 but we offered to split up as we were in a hurry to catch a flight. We already waited 15 minutes for a table.
After finally taking our order, he came back short 2 drinks, more apologies. Then after 10/15 mins more he starts bringing the food without any plates or utensils, more apologies. He never came back to offer the bill and when we went to pay up front more apologies for the delay. The restaurant is half empty at this point. I suggest he stop apologizing and put more effort in to ensure a smoother experience. Apologies are fine for situations out of one’s control, but constant apologies seems like you give up on trying. Especially when the tip is forcibly included

Well me and my husband and our kids tried eating there on our way to Banff. But they did not want to let us sit and instead said we can order take out. After a long way from home we just wanted to feed to little ones. I felt it was because we are first nation peoples that we were not allowed to sit down and eat. Furthermore I observe other non first Nations families eating in the dining room with there children too...the one the told us where we not could sit. Also I should add it was one hour to closing time and plenty of time left to serve us..I don't think we will ever come back...sorry bps so much for reconciliation.

The location is very convenient, especially being close to our hotel. The menu offers a great variety with plenty of food and drink options to choose from, which was very helpful for what we were looking for.
The staff was very accommodating, and Meg’s service was outstanding , she had an excellent attitude, was extremely helpful, and made our experience even better.
We really enjoyed our dinner there; the atmosphere was relaxed and chill.

Came here to eat with my family. The female server chose to serve a another family first instead of us even we were there ahead and were already waiting for a server for about 10 mins. Kudos to the male server though for noticing us coming over to take our order. There were only three tables of customers when we were thwre so it wasnt really busy.

We recently visited the Boston Pizza in Canmore with our hockey team, and overall, it was a solid experience with a few hiccups.
The atmosphere is fantastic—exactly what you’d expect from a mountain-town BP. It’s spacious enough for a large group, and once the food actually hit the table, it was hot, fresh, and delicious.
However, the service was a bit of a mixed bag:
Ordering: It took quite a long time for the staff to get around to taking our team's orders, which can be tricky when you have a group of hungry kids and a schedule to keep.
Accuracy: While the food arrived surprisingly quickly after the order was finally placed, there were a few mix-ups. Not everyone in our group received exactly what they had ordered, so we had to do some shuffling at the table.
A quick suggestion for the kitchen: We had several kids asking for a classic grilled cheese. It’s such a staple for younger athletes and picky eaters; adding it to the permanent kids' menu would be a huge hit!
Despite the service delays, the staff remained friendly, and you can't beat the location. We’d definitely come back, but we'll hope for a bit more coordination next time!

Ordered fish and chips tonight for supper fish and everything came super spicy. Couldn’t even finish the meal. Called Boston Pizza To put in a complaint and a guide, just brushed it off. Didn’t offer to make it right at all. Super disappointed.

When we finally got seated, 20 minutes sat at the table ignored we couldn't buy a server. The manager looked startled when we asked if anyone was serving due to having been seated 20 minutes and Noone even approaching for a drinks order. We are flat out we were told yet the restaurant was half empty. 3 meals ordered salad, soup and a kids meal ...35 mins and counting and no food. Absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and keep driving by!

Not impressed about an automatic 18% gratuity charge. We had 2 seniors 2 adults and 3 kids (2,4, & 5yrs ) they said groups of 7 or more are charged.
Ridiculous!!! The table that had 6 adults didn’t get the automatic 18% charge.
Think they need to use some discretion when it comes to counting kids under 6 yrs old.

To go order took nearly 2 hours. Pizza arrived undercooked and cold. Plus paid $24 for 4 chicken fingers as missed the side.
