Very nice experience. The food was delecious for both adults and kids. Our server, Maya, was very friendly and caring in responding to our questions especially about Gluten-free options for my son.

Hands down one of the top Boston Pizza locations in all of Canada! The food was delicious and came out super quick. The entire team was amazing, from the host to the waiter, to the people who brought out the food, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Our kids were so happy, we can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Canmore!

I went in with my children and my parents. Was told that an 18% gratuity would be added to my bill simply because we are considered a large group, there was 8 of usx yes I have 5 children. It's not that I don't tip, but I think it's wrong to assume one should be given workout an option. I might understand if it was say 15 people from multiple families but when it's just my immediate family, it's discrimination. We did not eat at this location as the manager would not waiver on this exclusionary policy.

Food was fantastic. Service was slow, but they looked under staffed for that evening. Not the servers fault, she was working hard.

We got the Meteor pizza. Very bland. The dough was bland. Overall lacked flavor. There are MUCH better options in Canmore.
We also got the wings and again so so.

I recently visited Boston Pizza in Canmore while traveling from Vancouver, BC, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations, mainly due to the conduct of the manager on duty, Sandeep.
From the start, I felt that the way we were treated was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I asked a few simple questions about the menu items, but instead of receiving clear answers, the responses from the manager were indirect and unhelpful. For example, when I asked about the garlic bread that usually comes with two slices in an order, his reply in a condescending tone was: “How many number do you need?” This kind of response felt very unprofessional and dismissive of a genuine question.
Additionally, when I requested that the chicken be placed on the side of the pasta, rather than mixed in, his body language and tone gave the impression that he didn’t want to accommodate the request. His reply was a flat, reluctant “oh sure,”after which he abruptly took away our menus without even confirming if we were ready or had any further questions. That lack of courtesy stood out immediately.
Later in the evening, I asked the server who the manager was, and she initially told me it was Rahul Sharma and mentioned he was available to talk. A short while later, however, she came back and said he had left, which seemed odd, especially since I could clearly see him through the window as I was leaving. The lack of transparency and honesty in this interaction only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, I also noticed the owner was present, yet no effort was made to acknowledge or address the situation.
As a tourist visiting from Vancouver, I was genuinely disappointed by how poorly we were treated. Restaurants are often the face of hospitality in a town, especially one as popular with visitors as Canmore, and the attitude displayed by the management during my visit felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. This is not the type of service one expects from a well-known brand like Boston Pizza.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the way customers are treated makes a lasting impression. For me, this experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and it will definitely make me reconsider returning or recommending this location to others. A manager’s role is to set the tone for service and hospitality, and in this case, the tone was the opposite of what a guest should experience.

What stood out the most to me during this visit was not the food itself, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the management team. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to feel like my questions and requests were treated as an inconvenience rather than as a normal part of dining out. It wasn’t just one instance—it was a pattern throughout the evening.
This was disappointing because Boston Pizza is usually a place I associate with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere, and that reputation was not upheld here. I left feeling like I had to justify myself for asking very basic questions about the menu, which should never happen in a hospitality setting.

I have to give this Boston Pizza a BIG FIVE STAR (at least in service). I placed a pick up order via Uber. When I came to the store, they informed me that an Uber driver picked up my order already. They said my order was for delivery. I showed them my Uber app that I placed a pick up order instead. For some reason, their end doesn’t see that it was a pick up order. Not sure why?!?! BUT BUT BUT…. They willing to redo the order for me right away. As a visitor from out of town and its past 10 pm so my family is hungry, this gesture is REALLY APPRECIATED. What exactly happened to the Uber app is still unknown but I a big shout out to SANDEEP for putting customer first and remaking the order for us.
