Talk about wonderful service! Me and my family had such a stressful drive coming here, it was full of flat tires and overheating engines but right when we sat down to eat Dylan made us feel right at home with his big smile, positive attitude and love for the mountains instantly took all of our stress away, he gave great recommendations what food to eat, drinks to drink, and fun/affordable things to do around the area. His service was so great and professional that I just wish we could take him on the rest of our trip as our personal tour guide!

Had to wait a long time for the waitress to even acknowledge us and take our drink order. We had to keep asking for refills. Our food took forever to come considering it was just one medium pizza we ordered and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Disappointing experience for our last night in Canmore.

Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. It all started with our Caesar drinks, which were completely watered down and lacked any flavor. Things only got worse from there—we had to wait over 40 minutes for our meals. My son ordered chicken fingers and fries, but the fries tasted stale and like they had been sitting out for way too long. My daughter’s meal was okay; she ordered pasta and salad. My meal, the chicken parmesan, was tasty, but my husband’s meal never came. When they finally brought it out about 15 minutes later, they still didn’t bring his fries. We were told they had to be made separately, which made no sense given how long we’d already waited.
Our server was polite, but she lacked any sense of urgency or attentiveness, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this meal was not worth the time or money. We left disappointed and won’t be coming back.
