Lots of options to choose from and great portion sizes! We’re still dreaming of the garlic mashed potatoes they were that good! We added a late night snack and highly recommend the poutine bar, it was a hit with our guests!

Chef Michael and his team at Bow Valley Gourmet catered our wedding in July at the Bill Warren Training Centre. Not only was the food delicious, but the entire staff was professional and attentive. We received so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food. Chef Michael even gave us a plated option for the two vegan guests we had. Leading up to the wedding was stress free as he was quick to reply to emails and respond to requests. I hope I get the chance to eat Chef Michael's food in the future. Would recommend! Ask for the Potato Puree!

Chef Michael/ Bow Valley Gourmet did the food for our wedding at the Bill Warren Training Centre in June 2024. They surpassed our expectations! We had numerous guests tell us it was delicious and ask for the name of our caterer. Beyond the amazing food, Michael was extremely easy to work with. He answered emails in a timely manner, was flexible with menu options and dietary restrictions, and made the entire process stress-free. As a bonus, they also offer excellent midnight snack options, and the late-night tacos we had were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend!

Bow Valley Gourmet catered our wedding in Aug 2023 and all I have to say is great things! From the complimentary tasting to the midnight lunch everything was smooth and delicious! He had so many guest comment on how great the garlic mashed potatoes were! Michael was very open to options and let us ask and answered any questions with ease especially for midnight lunch options! Overall highly recommend amazing service and food absolutely no issues and we even got Michael on the dance floor!!!!! Thanks for everything

Michael was great to work with for our wedding in canmore! My husband had specific dietary restrictions due to a new diagnosis two months before the wedding and Michael was kindly able to make him a separate dish with his own sauces! It was awesome to not have to stress about that on the day. We also had a last minute guest addition the day before the wedding and Michael again was able to make changes to allow for that. The food and service was great!

We had lots of family not only thank Chef Mike & his team personally for how delicious the food was and how great the service was; but had them reaching out to us afterward raving about it.Chef Mike was amazing from the start of the process to the end. He made sure to communicate everything very clearly and was very flexible with what we wanted. We thought after our tasting there was no way the food could get any better and yet it did!!We strongly recommend him!We hope to be able to enjoy Chef Mike’s services again.
