Michael and Bow Valley Gourmet provided the catering for our wedding reception at the Bill Warren Training Centre, and we were very impressed. There was very clear communication throughout, and they were very accommodating for all of our requests, such as dietary restrictions. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive throughout the evening. Our family and friends all thought the food was excellent as well. We would highly recommend Bow Valley Gourmet!

Chef Michael delivered a very professional and of course delicious dinner service for our wedding. For our mains we had butternut squash ravioli with sage cream sauce and prime rib. The sauce on the ravioli was flavourful and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The prime rib was well seasoned and juicy. The portions were generous and nobody left hungry. Even in spite of a scheduling mishap Michael went above and beyond to rectify the issue in a way that made us feel seen and heard, especially on such short notice! They were also great in coordinate the dessert we brought from a third party and everything went better than we could have thought! We were not left starving that's for sure!! We would highly recommend Michael for whatever catering you need!!

We received so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food. Chef Michael even gave us a plated option for the two vegan guests we had. Leading up to the wedding was stress free as he was quick to reply to emails and respond to requests. I hope I get the chance to eat Chef Michael's food in the future. Would recommend! He answered emails in a timely manner, was flexible with menu options and dietary restrictions, and made the entire process stress-free. As a bonus, they also offer excellent midnight snack options, and the late-night tacos we had were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend!
