Michael and Bow Valley Gourmet provided the catering for our wedding reception at the Bill Warren Training Centre, and we were very impressed. There was very clear communication throughout, and they were very accommodating for all of our requests, such as dietary restrictions. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive throughout the evening. Our family and friends all thought the food was excellent as well. We would highly recommend Bow Valley Gourmet!
Chef Michael delivered a very professional and of course delicious dinner service for our wedding. For our mains we had butternut squash ravioli with sage cream sauce and prime rib. The sauce on the ravioli was flavourful and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The prime rib was well seasoned and juicy. The portions were generous and nobody left hungry. Thank you for the memorable meal!
Michael was fantastic to work with. He helped us create a fabulous dinner for our wedding while keeping guests dietary restrictions in mind. Also, his mashed potatoes are like no other! 10/10
