Mediocrity at a very high price and expect intensely long wait times. I'm not by any means an expert in bubble tea but what I do know is that I'm also VERY fair in my reviews. I've given this place 3 full chances to prove they can make a decent drink and on 3 separate occasions this place continues to disappoint and rob my wallet of my hard earned money. The drinks are nearly flavourless (or they cheap out and use less ingredients) and they charge a premium for their supposed bubble tea. I'm all for light to moderately flavoured drinks but the drinks I've had always seemed to be quite watered down and lacked any "soul" that a drink should have. There is often 1 possibly 2 people working but the time to make a drink is insanely long. Hard pass on this place going forward. 3 TIMES on 3 DIFFERENT occasions. I want to support local but I can't in good conscience, let others fall into this tourist trap. Just because you run a business in Canmore doesn't mean you get an automatic pass on your product and service. Epic fail and I can't see this place lasting very long when a new competitor sets up shop and puts this business out of its misery.

To be honest I was scared to go here because I didn’t want to waste my money because of the amount of bad reviews on this place, but the boba came out amazing. The dude made my boba in a maximum of five minutes and was so understanding. I recommend this place ?

The family loves to come here as often as possible. Very friendly, yummy and delicious. Favourites: the earl grey boba, red bean boba, and taro boba. ??♂️

High prices for quite a mediocre/sub par drink. Very powdery and just tasted like sugar. I was really disappointed. Most businesses here also closes early, which is odd, this place included.On the other hand, the ladies there was nice and kind.

Incredibly slow service with little warmth from the employee's interaction. Took 10 mins for 2 teas and there was nobody else waiting. Then when we left I realized the inside of the straws were full of dust/dirt. Dingy store, powdered artificial flavor and not good at all. A terrible experience and waste of $15. How is this store in business?
The owner is very friendly and the drinks very good and tasty. I like that he uses natural ingredients. We had the mango, Thai and chocolate bubble teas. We'll be back!

Ordered a basic boba tea drink here…the worst I ever had. The two girls working the shop did not have the right change in their register till and the drink was watered down with no flavor. For the Love of God..please close the shop so that another business can move in.

The store was out of many menu items including the Flavour of the Day. I had to tell the employee to turn the sign around instead of leaving it up for people to see. One employee all alone and was completely overworked. However his attitude wasn’t great either. He huffed audibly when my friend didn’t put a tip in. Drinks were good otherwise, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Amazing milk tea. It had so much flavour and was really refreshing. The staff were kind to their customers. I tried the watermelon bubble tea and it was great, I don’t understand why people think that it tastes watered down or bad. I would definitely come here again.

Very disappointed on the 3 drinks, strawberry, watermelon and blueberry smoothies, although my kids saw the girl put real watermelon in the drink, they tasted artificial!!!! I went to get a coffee for myself and when I got back and looked at the drinks color, I was already disappointed. The girl in the store was nice. With the price, it wasn’t worth it. Won’t come back again sorry ?
