A group of my friends and I visited Canmore and thought this was a great place to grab drinks and snacks. While their drink was okay, the customer service was terrible. While ordering, I asked whether their bubble tea was made of fruit juice or powder. The worker (or owner, not quite sure) had informed me that there was both. I had understood this as that he sold both real fruit and both powder versions of each drink. Upon asking for real fruit bubble tea he proceeded to yell at me for not understanding that he incorporated both powder and fruit into the drink. I found no reason for him to begin yelling while ordering. He exploded, saying if he gave real fruit bubble teas he would run out of business. I thought this interaction was compteley unwarranted and unprofessional. While the drink tasted ok, the customer service is severely lacking. I'm not sure if maybe he was in a bad mood but I see no reason to for him to take out his anger on customers. If there was the option on this google review, I would rate this place a 0/5 for customer service.

Don’t go here worst sushi in not only Canmore the world taste like mold honestly a visit from the health inspector is in order my dogs would not even eat it

Very hard pass. We came in and ordered some sashimi and literally watched him thaw it in the microwave. The takoyaki was fine but definitely did not taste fresh.

The onigiri here is soo good and the owner is so nice. They have fun japanese snacks and drinks here too. Will be back to try more food and the bbt!!

I went here with my sister growing up and it was my favourite place to grab a treat. My friend and I stopped by while on a hiking trip and it’s so much better than when I first went, and that was already phenomenal. The bubble tea, taiyaki, takoyaki, onigiri and treats are all my absolute favourite! Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!!

We were looking for a quick snack after dinner to bring back to our hotel for later but decided to eat in. The takoyaki was quite tasty! Didn't disappoint. Cute little store. Seats 3. The owner was really nice.

Ordered 2 bubble tea drinks. They were HOT. The tapioca pearls were heated up in the microwave. The drinks were $15 and inedible and thrown into the garbage. 1⭐️
