Cornerstone Catering and Café

I had a wonderful experience working with Cornerstone Catering for my daughter's baby shower. From the very beginning, working with Joanne who assisted me with ideas for a menu, to the staff who assisted me on the day. The staff were very professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The food was outstanding, my guests were so happy with the menu selection and the portions were more than ample.
If you are looking for a caterer, I would highly recommend Cornerstone Catering for your next event.

Cornerstone catered our wedding in July. Overall we were happy with the experience. Communication was quick, easy, and efficient. They were able to modify the menu for us. The food came on time and was the proper temperature. There were generous portions. Many guests said the food was great. They were on top of the food safety aspect of the service as well which I really appreciated.

We worked with Chris at Cornerstone Catering for our wedding in April, and were very happy with our choice to work with them. We had some dietary restrictions as well as the need to bring in some outside food to integrate some really specific cultural dishes, and Cornerstone was able to work with us to accommodate these extra complications. Taking the time to meet with us in Canmore and talk through the options gave us a clearer picture of how we could make sure that everyone was fed and we had dishes we were excited to eat, and in the end our guests were happy with the food and with the buffet, everyone got to eat what they wanted! The appetizers during happy hour were especially tasty, and we appreciated them putting aside a little sampler for the two of us, so that we didn’t need to worry about anything running out while we did photos. We’d happily recommend them, especially in Creekside Hall where they’re very familiar with the venue.

The food here is AMAZING. The burger was full of fresh produces and the patty was more than incredible ! The size of the meals are really big but it’s too good to stop.

Fanatic tomato soup and poutine and very reasonable prices

Really enjoyed the food here. We ordered a lemon cranberry muffin and the team got us one right out of the oven — so good. Later we shared a couple grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. Was excellent sour dough grilled on a panini press — one done French onion style with Gruyère and the other with cheese and bacon. Will be dreaming about dunking those in the yummy smoked tomato soup.

Cornerstone catering recently catered for an office meeting at the Nordic center. Chris was very helpful, and so easy to work with! Would recommend them to anyone travelling in that area!

Staff has poor judgement and cuts off coherent guests after a few drinks but over serves the stumbling ones. If you want to follow AGLC regulations, you should do so properly.

We hired cornerstone Catering for our wedding this past weekend in Banff and they were SO amazing. From the very beginning till the very end, they communicated beautifully. Not to mention the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious. It was served hot, fresh and we got so many compliments on how delicious it was. The menu was flexible, delicious, and they were very accommodating to some of my guests with food restrictions. I would 10/10 recommend them. Thanks again :)

I had to provide a special meal for a group of 60+ that would be memorable, delicious and (particularly relevant these days) cost effective.Having trawled the internet, I settled on Cornerstone Catering. Throughout the whole process Pam and her team were attentive as well as receptive to my (many!!!) changes and questions. On the night of the event they turned up, prepared the meal, and cleared everything away; all the time carrying themselves impeccably.I cannot recommend Pam and her team highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

Great food, good prices

Centrally located so that visitors and skiers could enjoy the Nordic Centre. The cafe boasts a humble selection of homemade baked items and a range of quintessential replenishments after a ski session. Friendly and happy staff working here is always a plus too!

When we had our vow renewal in Canmore in early September, we used Cornerstone for our supper. Because of gluten sensitivities for over 7 people present, we asked for a completely gluten free buffet (other than dessert). Cornerstone was so accommodating! The food was amazing and the service was excellent! We were very very happy with our experience and would highly recommend them!
