Everything was made very poorly. I had the chicken burger and got food poisoning. My husband got a snack wrap and the amount of chicken on it was laughable. The fries were undercooked, and there were almost no toppings on the blizzard.

Staff super friendly, food was super good. All around great experience. Special thanks to Dennis, phenomenal guy.

Nice place

Denise was present at the till the eve my family and I visited the beautiful city of Canmore. After we have placed our orders, Denise diligently delegated the task of frozen confection procurement to an unnamed employee, he returned with our treats, delivering each one with a 170 degree flourish.

Honey garlic sauced and tossed chicken strips with fries. Sauce is way too salty. Almost unbearably so. I love DQ chicken strips but will not order the sauced version again. I think the fries are underrated here. In fact I think almost all food is criminally underrated at DQ. The staff were very nice and helpful here, explaining how my rewards redemption worked. I love DQ and will absolutely take advantage of more of my offers at the Canmore location.

Parking: Have to register your plate for free parking in the DQ lot.

Always love blizzards
Went through the drive through. First very short with words no hi or thank you for coming here. Just short and "that's all?" From the order area.
Second got to the window, and going to pay I had no clue how much my order was and had to ask. Then getting passed the blizzards they flipped one, and wasn't going to flip the second one until I asked.
Third, I ordered the Royal Reese's brownie with the peanut butter center. But it did not have that center, and I was very sad as I fully asked during ordering for it. Did notice until I started eating it at home.

Fresh made food was very good

We only used the drive-through. The service was excellent. Friendly, quick, and with a smile. The Blizzard was excellent. The parking is free and you have amazing views of the mountains.

This place is AWFUL. Anytime something comes from this place it’s burnt, stale, and blizzards are melted. Don’t order from this place on a delivery app. They will not refund you and it’s not worth almost $30 for a meal here.

The only branch in all of Alberta that doesn't sell tanders breaded chicken in Buffalo, the meat was a little dry and burnt and the bread was old. Now I see why this branch has such a low score.

When you pay over $8 for a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture cause they are trying to save money by giving out the least amount of ice cream and toppings is sad. This is a signature dish and shouldn't be allowed to be altered. I think DQ headquarters should audit these restaurants and make sure this doesn't happen without consequences.

I ordered a burger and found it to be rich in flavor and layered with sauce. The fried chicken fillet dipped in the store’s special hot sauce made it twice as delicious.
