“Was craving a fancy sandwich and this placed delivered! We had the Valbella Special and the maple pepper ham sandwich and they were both delicious. We didn’t know they didn’t come toasted so I think we would have appreciated being asked but that’s okay, we’ll know for next time to ask! Also got a charcuterie platter because it just looked incredibly and it is delicious. We will definitely be back, it’s nice to have a spot away from the main Canmore area. Staff were very friendly and general vibe was great.“
