The staff was welcoming, the beers hit the spot (beer really does taste better on vacation), and everyone’s food came out exactly as ordered.\n\nI went with a bison burger—because when I’m out west, it’s always bison or elk for me—and it was fantastic. Between the views, the relaxed vibe, a solid happy hour, and great service, Tavern 1883 was the perfect first stop.“
