It’s a nice looking coffee shop with delicious coffee and nice atmosphere, but is that only me who can see how dirty these chairs are , maybe it should be cleaned up once in a while , pretty gross even to sit on them and that’s to bad as they are pretty comfy

I asked for a double shot espresso and I asked if I can have a blonde or a medium roast, and your employee didn't understand and then a girl with glasses wearing a dark green shirt(Friday 21 November at 3:25pm) came and laughed to my face and said hehe blonde roast ? That's for Starbucks, we don't have those kinda coffee.
Very unnecessary.

When travelling through the mountains, you’ll be assailed by tourist trap cafes trying to lure you in with romantic names and deceptive homesense decorations. Fear not, Canmore is not entirely consumed by such ventures. Any place that carries three kinds of V60 brewers and offers several pourover options is sure to be good, and these folks are one of those places. My lattes ordered here were properly steamed, well balanced, and tasty. I recommend you make this shop your morning coffee stop before heading out on whichever mountain adventure awaits.

The coffee wasn’t bad! But I couldn’t finish my drink and they wouldn’t give me a to go cup (without a charge) after sitting here for a couple hours. Makes me wonder if they charge more for to go coffee? Disappointing

It was very disappointing experience. I googled before I go, I was excited but the staff wasn’t friendly. no greeting. Their print Epson has an issue to print out the receipt. Before I left, I realized the amount seem not correct. I went to front to ask re-print and the Epson printing had a problem again. I was patiently waiting to print out. After I reviewed my receipt, they double charged me and asked them. The staffs didn’t apologize at all. So far, I haven’t received the refund. The staffs need to train on produce knowledge and hospitality. Very disappointed the customer service. The pastry is good. The chocolate duo pie was yummy, but the outside was wooden. They should remind the client to remove before eating. My daughter just bites the wooden hardly. And they doesn’t have the pieces with the name. If you order multiple pieces, must double check the receipt. I won’t go back to this place.
Rich, and velvety smooth coffee, with fresh baked goods. Try the mushroom pie. It's addictive. But don't try the cardamom buns, because they're too popular already and that last one is for me!

Our last coffee before we left Canmore! This coffee was outstanding! We only had takeaway coffees and no food but it was a lovely coffee shop and if we had time we would have sat and relaxed! Thank you Eclipse for helping our journey leaving Canmore a little easier 😢
