The coffee is located in the heart of canmore village, it offers a good quality coffee and other snacks. The atmosphere inside is relaxing with beautiful decoration and comfortable seats, the background music is good as well. It is possible also to set outside with beautiful view to the village. The staff is helpful and the service is fast I am happy that I got the chance to visit them

Great stop when we first arrived in the morning. It has a chilled vibe with plenty of comfy seats available inside and out. The outside area is dog friendly too. The coffee is very smooth, the lattes were delicious! The staff was very gracious. Great stop!

Bought an Americano there. Absolutely worst coffee I had in quite a bit! Incredibly watery and lacks any aroma. The girl with a British accent tried to drip the last drop of cream in front of me out of a carton for like a minute. Then, the tips came up on the screen despite me saying that I'm taking the coffee out. I refuse to pay any tips if I have to stand in line for 10 minutes and drink my coffee outside! Absolutely outrageous! Will never go there again!
It wasn’t the absolute worst coffee shop experience I’ve ever had, but it was pretty close. I’ve been there twice, and both times the service was a disaster. The first time, I ordered a salted caramel latte. The girl at the counter, an Asian girl, said “yes, sure.” Then we waited over 20 minutes by the counter. A blonde girl was working,clearly not in the mood. She eventually put a coffee on the counter without saying a word. I asked if it was the salted caramel latte, and she just ignored me. I asked again, and she finally replied, “We don’t have salted caramel latte.” So… how was I able to order it? The second time, my friend wanted to have breakfast there, so I gave it another shot. I spent around $30 on a coffee, a croissant, and a quiche. Nobody asked if it was for here or to-go, so they randomly gave my friend a mug and plate, and everything I got was in paper packaging, which I can’t stand. The quiche was super oily and had zero salt. When I asked for salt, they said they didn’t have any. Every time I asked a question in this place (which has been three times), the staff acted like I was bothering them or interrupting something important. The food is average at best, and the staff seriously needs some basic customer service training. As someone new to town, I won’t be going back.
