I ordered delivery, and didn't receive it until almost 2 hours later. Between the wait , I called back twice to find out what's going on....even asking Lisa what's the reason for the looong wait, she only said the driver should be on the way. OK, being a looong time loyal customer, have never had to wait this long, and not fine with it either.

Great Chinese comfort food in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. This place is a Canmore classic and I've been going for the last 10 years. Never had a bad meal!

We visited this restaurant in August.
We decided to check this place out based on the great recommendations for their large portion sizes, and let me tell you, we were starving after hiking the 9-mile Sentinel Pass Trail that morning! The portions absolutely did not disappoint! We ordered two entrees and one appetizer and were totally stuffed—we couldn't even finish it all.
While there was an extra charge for rice, that's pretty common where my partner and I are from in the US, so we weren't surprised. The flavor was great, and we had zero complaints about how quickly the dishes came out. Definitely worth a stop if you're hungry!

Slow service. They tend drop the service level if you’re a single diner and a person of colour. I’ve noticed this on 3 occasions when I’ve come to dine. Disappointing. And the only reason I came by tonight was because I was in town and would take longer to get to Banff. Sadly, this will be my last visit. Good luck!

Had an awful experience with ordering food from here. The staff were rude when they provided an incomplete and incorrect order.
One staff member, who appeared to be the manager or owner, stated that they do not make mistakes and if “you don’t like the food, it is not my problem” and that this is how she makes the food.
It was a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend the food here or interacting with the staff.

Worst experience ever! Ordered food and had issues, even went back to store. Every time we tried call back for a fix, and the lady just hung up on us. Super rude and unprofessional. Feels like a scam—stay away!

Extremely rude and unprofessional lady running the store. Ordered kung pao with side fried rice and she gave a whole $12 worth of plain rice with egg. Sent wife again to return it and pick up missing item but she was completely ignored her and lady said our fried rice is like this (literally white rice with egg not even fried). Called and tried to get refund but now ducking calls and super unprofessional. Calling bank to cancel order these guys are scammers. Do not eat here.

I had the pleasure of dining here with my aunt and uncle during a visit to Canmore. The food was fantastic—especially the ginger beef, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. This will be my go-to spot whenever I return.
