Food is not good and overpriced. They allow kids but no kids menu? It took three tries to bring a burger bun without the spicy sauce on it for my kid, and still couldnt get it right. Like....can I just get chicken fingers and fries? A Grilled cheese? Kids sized burger with ketchup on the side? Quit trying to be fancy....kids don't care.
Out of the 5 brunch items we ordered, I think we collectively finished 1. They weren't good for the $100+. 👎
Will not be back (with kids for sure).....maybe just for a beer.

My family and I were denied service while visiting last week. Apparently they don't allow kids after 2 as we were told by the hostess in a not so friendly manner. She couldn't get us out quickly enough. Maybe they're trying to have a bar like atmosphere at night. The restaurant was not busy, and there were no obvious reasons kids would be a bother or unwelcomed... very strange. Regardless, we definitely would not visit again with or without kids before or after 2. Perhaps the no kids thing should be in the first line of your statement, not buried at the bottom.

Fergus & Bix was okay! We got the steak sandwich special and it was underwhelming. The steak was underseasoned and the broccoli on the side was tasty atleast. I definitely think there are better options but it was fine. The service and atmosphere was top notch!

We came here for lunch. I got the Fergus & Bix burger and it was good. We also got some sharing plates: potstickers, banh minis, and steamed dumplings and we loved the potstickers and banh minis (they were a little salty though). Service was decent.

⭐☆☆☆☆ We ordered the deal of the day, the steak sandwich, and were quite disappointed. The food we received didn’t look anything like the picture – the steak was cold and unappetizing. While the fries were fresh and well-seasoned, the steak itself really brought the experience down. To top it off, we were informed by our server, Michal, that we had to order a drink to qualify for the deal, which was not mentioned upfront.
The worst part, though, was the service. Even after we mentioned the steak was cold, nothing was done to fix the issue. Extremely disappointing experience. Do Not Recommend

Quite disappointed with the food...burger was way overcooked..shoulda woulda coulda complained but the human element always seems to share a spoil in this scenario..my friends meal was noted as being pretty tasteless,lacking flavor BUT the portions were pretty good with our meals and the other meals being served...service was 3 outta 5..had to call a server over for service after being seated...prices very high..would I go back..probably not..
They claim to serve fresh food but the haddock served to me was pre-battered frozen fish. To nake matters worse it was overcooked and dark brown, not the golden colour we would expect in a restaurant serving real fresh food.

I only got takeaway, but also used the the washroom. I want to just say that they've done washrooms perfectly with two gender neutral "powder rooms" instead of gendered ones. ?️⚧️?️??
