I’m a regular customer at this location and always enjoy their food. The Oaxaca Bowl and Buddha Satay Bowl are two of my favourites, along with the smoothies and Peanut Butter Energii Bites. The app also allows you to collect points that you can redeem for free food, and has pretty good offers like buy one get one 50% off. I also appreciate how quickly they prepare the food.

I have to say the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, great flavors, and generous portions. Whether you're into classic dishes or something a bit more unique, there's something for everyone on the menu. What really stood out to me, though, was the excellent service. Sam, one of the staff members, was especially helpful throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect at our table. He gave great recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcome, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place — both for the food and the outstanding service. Got the poke bowls, they were very bland and I found multiple hairs in mine. We also got the mango smoothie and the strawberry banana smoothie. The strawberry one was as expected, but the mango was bland and flavorless. $40 for some very mediocre food.

Disappointed with My Recent Order
I ordered two salmon poke bowls today, but shortly after, I received a call from the restaurant saying they didn’t have enough salmon for the second bowl and could only substitute it with tuna. There was no apology—just a blunt request to “choose tuna,” which felt a bit off-putting.
When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible because the order was placed through a mobile app.
I went in to pick up the food and wasn’t greeted at all; the staff just stood there. When I tried to take my child to the washroom, I was abruptly told it was for customers only—even though I had already placed and paid for my order.
When I received the bowls, the quality was disappointing. The tuna was very dry, and the portion size was noticeably smaller than usual. There was no sriracha (dynamite) sauce like in the photos—just plain white mayo.
Worse, several ingredients were missing: no mango, cilantro, or medium-boiled egg, and instead of pickled onions it was were raw, not marinated.
Overall, I paid full price for a much lower-quality meal and left feeling really let down. I usually enjoy poke bowls, but unfortunately, this experience missed the mark.

The portions are half what id expect at freshi and i got charged a tip couldnt get past it. 22 bucks for a snack. Reminds me why i dont eat out.

I was about to get a nice healthy smoothie at Freshii, but both of the workers where outside smoking cigarettes and came inside smelling so disgusting and to think they would make my food like that 🥲 no smoothie for me I guess
