I recently visited Freshii and had an amazing experience thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Mani and Simran. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with friendly smiles and made me feel welcome. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to help me choose the perfect meal based on my preferences.
What impressed me the most was their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. They patiently answered all my questions and even offered suggestions that I hadn't considered, which made my meal selection so much easier. When my order was ready, they ensured everything was just right and checked in to see if I needed anything else.
Overall, Mani and Simran made my visit to Freshii a delightful experience. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly sets them apart. I left feeling satisfied and excited to return! Highly recommend!

Snack sized pumpkin smoothie. Pure artificial taste. Almost tasted like plastic. This sucked. And it was $6.29 for a 10 sip drink. I overall think Freshii’s offerings are solid, but this is a wild miss.

I eat here quite often as it’s close to home. Today I tried something different from what I normally get. I ended up with an undercooked chicken salad. Praying I now don’t get sick.
The custom bowl that cost $20+ had WAY less than a $13 bowl. They put approximately 2 pieces of jalapeño as well as cutting down on any vegetables that were added..extremely disappointed for the price versus product. The “steak” also has a very similar taste of dog food. Be advised.

Ordered near closing and the food was very "fresh" and the folks indicated I was more than welcome to stay there to eat. So very friendly and like usual the food was awesome. Very healthy and hence why I choose this vs. fast food.

I ordered rice noodles and was given rice. 70% of the bowl was something I didn’t ask for. Also asked for ‘greens’ directly off their menu and was given cucumber and edamame. Charged for an enormous amount of dip that I didn’t want. Tables not cleaned and very sticky.
