Any restaurant in Canmore would have the best mountain view and this is no exception, where you feel like having food in the lap of the gigantic mountains.We had a chicken biriyani, the waitress told us that it will be prepared like fried rice and we didn’t have much options so we said yes. The taste was below average, they shouldn’t have a menu as biriyani which is a fried rice with biriyani masala and already cooked boneless chicken pieces.The service was good, the menu prices have increased by $5 from the menu we saw in Google.

I love Indian food and eat it often, this is easily the worst Indian I have ever had.The portions were tiny and honestly looked and tasted like something you would buy in a tin can.There were around 5 pieces of chicken and those were awful small and stringy cuts in an oily tasteless sauce.Also the food arrived cold around 15 minutes after I ordered it somehow ??♂️You also pay top dollar for the privilege, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you want anthing close to a decent meal.

The food was so delicious. I absolutely recommend Indian Authentic Cuisine to everyone who is looking for indian food in Canmore. We ordered a bunch of food for our family, and every single food item tasted really good. I never had such a delicious food. The Panner tikka masala, Shahi Panner and veggie Hakka noodles were really Good and highly recommended. Our order of naan bread were as requested very soft. Plus Quantity for dishes is surplus and fulfilling.

What a great meal!! We had such a wonderful experience at Indian Authentic Cuisine. Our waitress was so sweet and welcoming. She gave us recommendations and made sure we had a nice time. She handled a busy friday night very well on her own, and gave us a complimentary dessert. Food was beyond delicious.

I recently dined at Indian Authentic Cuisine with a group of friends during non-busy hours. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Firstly, we were surprised to find a gratuity charge added to our bill, especially given the lackluster service we received. The attitude of our server was disappointing, and it significantly detracted from our dining experience. Additionally, while the food was edible, it was nothing to write home about; the quality was merely average. Overall, I was disappointed by the service and food quality at Indian Authentic Cuisine.

Our first meal after the airport was amazing! The young girl (sorry not sure what your name is) was awesome as she recommended delicious dishes!! One of the best indian restaurants I've eaten at!!
Ordered shrimp biryani and mango lassi , it was very bad and dry , told the waiter and he said it is our restaurant biryani this is not an indian biryani , weird answer and on their name they say authentic plus he did not even bother to ask why and what could we do better, the mango lassi never came and price were over exaggerated for nothing... Not worth it and would not recommend it to my friends ...

Made a quick stop to charge and boy was it good.They have really nice stock of beer. I tried two of thier best and I loved it. Good customer service and a nice atmosphere. Perfect pit stop to grab a drink or have some snacks.Parking: Parking in front. Ample and free.Kid-friendliness: They have child chairs and are very friendly.

Vanni served us with a gorgeous smile. She was welcoming, personable, and so so sweet. The food was incredible, enough to take home leftovers for a 2nd meal, so worth every penny! Definitely dont skip out on this restaurant while you're in Canmore! Will be returning ♡
