Great local Bakery with a fantastic artisan bread selection. Take away sandwiches and soup, donuts, pastries and great fun items like sausage rolls and quiche. They also offer a good selection of cakes and pies .
The shop is cozy and there’s so much variety in the baked goods which all look delicious!!!! They were playing fun music and the servers were very friendly and happy to answer my questions
We stopped at the JK Bakery near the railroad in Canmore. The quiche was pretty good and the watermelon - cucumber - mint drink was really good. We took some baking home and the Swiss rhubarb cake was good but the chocolate cake was sooo old. It was dry and hard and couldn’t be eaten. The bread looked outstanding but we didn’t purchase any as we were traveling. Overall a good place for a quick lunch when in Canmore.
