We stopped at the JK Bakery near the railroad in Canmore. The quiche was pretty good and the watermelon - cucumber - mint drink was really good. We took some baking home and the Swiss rhubarb cake was good but the chocolate cake was sooo old. It was dry and hard and couldn’t be eaten. The bread looked outstanding but we didn’t purchase any as we were traveling. Overall a good place for a quick lunch when in Canmore.
Great place for breakfast, lunches and sweet treats! Love the build your own sand-which option and being able to take everything to go! The jam cookies were perfectly delicious, will be going again!
We were in Canmore for 48 hours and went to JK’s three times. As a vegetarian I appreciated the veggie options (hello protein tomato and lentil soup!).
The bread was AMAZING. I had the ciabatta egg salad, quiche, and pretzel baguette and all were amazing. I haven’t stopped thinking of that pretzel baguette….
