The place was filthy - which leads the wondered the state of the kitchen
Coffee was burnt and gross
Food expensive for the average items were given
Avoid- much better places to eat at!
In response to the owner - yes I have reviewed the correct place - and if you don’t have a kitchen everything is clearly microwaved then… the place was filthy - food crumbs all over the floor

The staff should be polite. They were not welcoming and came across as too arrogant.

Best cafe/ bakery in town for lunches and takeout. Bread is excellent wish I could buy it at home.
Never miss it when we’re in town.

Such a great place to go and enjoy great food, prices are so good, don’t know how they do it.
Staff well trained and polite.
Doesn’t have internet for guests. Over priced food for the quality. Tables are always dirty. Had to ask the staff to clean tables today so I could sit down. I don’t know how this place stays open honestly.

The last 2 times I went to JK, their muesli cookies were doughy and undercooked. The quality of their baking lacks consistency and doesn't justify the expensive price. Overall experience was just okay.

Loved this bakery! What I ordered was all delicious. We loved the forest fire sandwich, chocolate macaroon, peanut butter cookie, and grilled cheese panini.

They microwave the breakfast sandwiches far too long and the bread turns hard and stale. Very overpriced for something so mediocre.
We were in Canmore for 48 hours and went to JK’s three times. As a vegetarian I appreciated the veggie options (hello protein tomato and lentil soup!). The bread was AMAZING. I had the ciabatta egg salad, quiche, and pretzel baguette and all were amazing. I haven’t stopped thinking of that pretzel baguette….
Very average latte and donut. Pains me to say it but you’ll get a better coffee and baked good at Starbucks. The staff was nice.

I’ve been going through a rough time and wanted to treat myself. I buy pastries maybe once a year… so I splurged and bought a slice of carrot cake. Couldn’t wait to get into it!!
The worst ever! I had asked the lady before I bought it if it was fresh- of course the answer was yes. But NO! One side of the cake was dry and the icing was gross! Hard, certainly not creamy and didn’t taste anything like cream cheese! So disappointed

I am shook and disgusted by the service my daughter and I just received here. It’s one thing to eye roll and sigh over being asked to warm up a quiche but when another customer asked for a taxi number..she was dismissed and the lot of us were asked to deal with the phone number outside. I’d also like to add that there was only 3 of us in there..we were all told to go outside because they were closing..in an HOUR. Unfortunately here, word of mouth does travel and I would think as a small business, this treatment wouldn’t be acceptable.
