Slow & incompetent

Multiple Receipt printer doesnt work. Have to hunt around for it. Does not make my trip any easier. The Filipino Manager is rude. Make it seem like my mistake. The TVs that's supposed to show the menu are all dark. The TV system that displays orders are being made and served is broken.

Waited 20 minutes for order to be brought out in waiting area so ended up going inside and the person that’s supposed to bring it out never did and it was sitting there getting cold. Also the order was screwed up on top of it. There was 20 people inside waiting for their orders too. And drive thru line up was super long.

Horrible food from the drive through. Service was good. But the big mac was very poorly made with sauce on only half the burger. Fries tasted overcooked. Disappointing location.

Really disappointed with this McDonald’s. The staff is consistently unprofessional and rude, and the service feels rushed even when it isn’t busy. I’ve had missing items in my order multiple times, which is really frustrating—always double-check your bag before you leave because they clearly don’t. Definitely not the experience you expect from a place this well-known.

Since this new owner 2 years bought from previous owner franchises, the mcdonalds in canmore has been going down hill. with inside knowledge from previous manager , chatting with staff on regular basis and just seeing the facility ever day , only took 45 mins to get a smoothie and apple buy. Even Mcdonald HQ has visited to see whats wrong. The mcdonalds in Banff use to be the #1 Banff after dark Mcdonalds in Canada. Now they close early. Excuse is always staff shortage. Well there was a staff shortage with previous owner so that is not viable reason. Save yourself some time and go to different restaurant and get way better meal for the same time frame it takes

Went into store at 11:40pm and they told me
It was closed only drive thru. I was just going to do take out order anyways, but not allowed So why do you have your hours listed that you are open till 12am on the inside but close at 11:40pm ????? So tired of employees making up their own rules to suit their own jobs. McDonalds has a standard and it is Billions of dollars for the brand. Why do employees think they are smarter than the entire company when they keep altering company policies??? !!!!

The dirtiest bathrooms I have ever run across in a MacDonalds. Not the standard of cleanliness I would expect. Other than that it is a typical Macdonalds but in a beautiful scenic location.
