The service was disorganized. I ordered at the drive-thru, and the first attendant said everything was fine. A second attendant then told me the order might have been processed for in-store pickup, even though I had definitely selected the drive-thru. I went into the store, and the woman who seemed to be the shift supervisor couldn't find the order because it had already been processed. I explained what happened, and she went to the kitchen and found our items. I understand this is a very busy store, but the miscommunication between your team is not the customer's problem.

Mcdonalds connected to a Petro Canada! Two fast chargers here for EVs. Plenty of patio seating and picnic tables in a tree area. Not all McDonalds are the same quality and this location is fast and good.
Stopped in for a quick bite on our travels. Restaurant was clean inside. Food was good.

It can be a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is hot, Sometimes it's not. The drinks usually vary. One time I got a coke that tasted like soda water. No coke syrup in it. I think they need to hire more than just teenagers.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Canmore. I ordered a double burger, but was given a regular one instead. On top of that, while they added two apple pies, the rest of the order was lacking—no salt or pepper on the fries, no ketchup included, and yet the total still came to about $30.
For a simple order, I expected better accuracy and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the quality and value didn’t match the price.everything was cold. 🫣

When I need a quick and easy meal, McDonald's is my go-to place. It's incredibly convenient for a fast bite, and the food is always a good value. I also appreciate how clean the restrooms are, which is a huge plus. The locations are great with plenty of parking space, so I never have to worry about finding a spot. It's a reliable and affordable option that ticks all the boxes for a hassle-free experience.
