Truly an outstanding experience! Damian was our chef at home for a group of eight for a special reunion and celebration over the Thankskgiving long weekend. We could not have asked for a better experience! Everything was over and beyond our expectations. The food was exceptional, some of the best meals we’ve ever had, and Damian’s professionalism and friendly service made it even more amazing! We’ve also hired him to cook us some meals to reheat so we could spend more time enjoying our time together and again he delivered delicious and delightful meals.
Chef Damian has been a highlight of our epic weekend, and we wholeheartedly thank him for bringing this extra special touch to something we will never forget.  I highly recommend Damian for any of your culinary needs. Communication is prompt and easy and service is customized and impeccable.

It was so awesome to come home to delicious and nutritious meals after a long day of hiking. I hired Damian to cook for our group of 14 to mark a special occasion. Damian curated a beautiful, indigenous-themed three course meal with an amuse-bouche to get the senses rolling. The menu was thoughtful, farm-to-table, and considerate of people's dietary restrictions. The food presentation was stunning and the overall taste of the meal was exceptional. Everything was plated and served, and Damian and his sous-chef, Matt, kept the wine pouring. I highly recommend Mountain Fire Foods for your next special meal!

Had the pleasure to have Damian prepare a rewards supper for 8 people. He was great to deal with before and he was a great communicator. We asked to do what ever he wanted and he delivered a amazing meal and it was all around his Indigenous culture. He was amazing the day of the supper we just had to sit back and enjoy the great meal, he cooked and cleaned. I would recommend Damian to anyone that wants a great experience along with a great host as well. All of the people at supper where amazed. Thanks Damian for a great experience and cant wait to do this again real soon.

Always happy to receive these pre made meals. Easy to fill in for the nights you don't want to cook. These meals are premium, unlike frozen food. Always fresh and delicious. Thank you for the great food!

Fabulous FoodWe had a gathering of 50 to 60 people and did not want the usual sandwiches and sweets. Damian and his helper came through 10 fold. Delicious hot and cold, hors d’oeuvres, dips, charcuterie boards, variety of tasty sweets. Just devine. What Damian did for us would be ideal for a meeting, intimate wedding, baptism, memorial, birthday party, any occasion where you would like some fabulous food. Chef Damian recently catered a dinner for 10 people that we hosted for a Corporate Retreat in Canmore. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional! From the delicious four course meal, to Chef Damian's service, it was a truly spectacular. We are already looking forward to having Chef Damian come back in to cook for us when we host our next event. Bravo!

My husband and I were in town for our elopement and we were debating between a going to a restaurant or hiring a chef for our wedding night dinner.. We found out about Damian and after connecting over email we knew we had to have him cook us a very memorable meal! We were so happy with this decision! The food was incredible and Damian is so professional and personable! You will not be disappointed!!!

Damian and Team catered our birthday celebration for about 25 people and was a great success. We were also able to track down a lovely young Czech couple to play some sweet classical music!

We used their catering for an event, it was amazing. Highly recommended.

We recently had Damian come in to cook for 10 of us in Canmore for a girls weekend. He was incredible; accommodating for our budget and what we had in mind for food. Food was incredible, his professionalism was amazing and he truly made it an memorable experience. The kitchen was left cleaner than it started and leftovers packed up for us in the fridge. Would absolutely have him come in again for our next trip down and am already looking forward to it.

5 stars all around for Chef Damien. A lovely person who delighted our group with several dishes, each wonderfully unique and delicious. It was the perfect menu, at a perfect pace, more than enough food. Just perfect!

Damian always offers two meat free options, and often veggie soups as well. All very tasty, and a treat to have prepared and delivered.

Mountain Fire Foods has been a game-changer for us. The food's always spot-on, making meal times so much simpler and tastier. Chef Damian truly nails it every time. Can't recommend them enough!
